I had WIIL, MATTHEW & KEYLIN come to my house to clean my vents. These three were professional, polite, hard working and AMAZING! I would highly recommend them if you need your vents cleaned. Peterman Brothers - Give these three associates a big raise. We need more people like them in this world. BRAVO!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Peterman. All of the technicians have always been kind and respectful. They always walk me through the issue and explain the solution. I would highly recommend them.
Peterman Brothers installed a brand new water heater. The gentleman that installed the heater had lots of difficulty getting heater down into basement and installing once down there. Our brand new heater that cost 3k has dents and scratches all over it because of the installer. I asked the installer if he needed any help or needed me to move anything else to make his job easier. He said he would be fine and never asked for help or any assistance, which apparently he needed. I was home the whole time. The poor condition that the heater was left in was unacceptable. We were certain that they would install a new one. We were never concerned with the functionality of the heater but disturbed by the poor condition is was left in after installation. The installer could not even take the old water heater away. Two employees came a day later and picked up the old one. When they showed up and I showed them the condition the new one was left in, they were certain we would get a new one installed. After contacting Petermans to get new one installed. They denied request and offered 1k off. I would never run a business and leave a new product installed in bad condition. Never was I concerned with the functionality of the new heater but disturbed by the poor condition it was installed. I'm sure if I lived on Dupont Rd or somewhere nicer and complained more, they would've replaced it no problem. I don't care how much I spend, I should receive a new heater in new condition. Not all scratched up and dented by the installer. Dissapointed in the installer and the customer service following. The pics shown is the new water heater, not the old one!!

Always quick response and affordable pricing…Marc has been out a couple of times and he always shows professionalism and care while completing tasks.
Parker was our technician and he was the nicest and most efficient person we’ve had come out. Explained and suggested what we could do to have our system be more efficient. Like adding a surge protector to help if have storms like last night and coil band to protect the pvc pipe from clogging. Can’t say enough about Parker, he represented Peterman to the highest level.
The tech was very professional. Well manard . I will ask for Dustin for my next project.
