Brandon was excellent! He came out to our home for boiler work and diagnosed our problem better than ANYONE from other local businesses! He took the time to show me and explain how to keep up on maintenance for our system and actually cared. Will definitely use again!
I had a thermostat that was wired for a bigger system and Branden hadaway helped me get a new thermostat rated for my system and wire it up that way I can have heat! I live in wyoming were it gets very windy and cold and on vacation took time to help me with my system! Great service!
Had an issue with my HVAC! Their tech Branden helped diagnose the issue over the phone quickly and efficiently! Had our heat up and running in no time! Highly recommended!!
Had them completely replace the HVAC system in the office building. Great to work with. Came up with an innovative option to increase efficiency and provide more consistent air conditioning and temperature throughout the building. Excellent work.
I cannot thank MJM enough! AC went out in a 7 year old home and I had several companies come out. Many of them wanted to replace the entire system to make more money. I knew this was BS, and that's when somebody recommended MJM Mechanical. First off, John replied right away after contacting them (and it was at night). This was the ONLY company that checked whether my parts were still under warranty (which they were). Just a few days after coming out to look at the AC and receiving the parts, they had it fixed within a few hours. Thank you for your honesty, quick responses, and knowledge. I typically do not leave reviews, but this company deserves it and I put their business card in my utility room. Good job guys! :)

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with this company. My water heater suddenly cracked. I had been preparing for a whole system replacement so I found myself suddenly having to push those plans from "before they go out" to "now." I called 4 or 5 other companies (included the company I usually do business with for maintenance) and the soonest anyone could come out to give me a quote was 2 weeks later. Then John called. He came over immediately and informed me his team could have the project completed the following day and before the holiday weekend. Fantastic! At that point, we did business simply because they were the only ones that could accommodate my emergency, but why I will keep coming back, is because of the service that followed. I even got lucky and the A/C unit I ordered was not in stock. Per their service agreement with the supplier I was upgraded 2 tiers to the next available unit at no additional cost. Not saying this will always be the case, or it will happen for you, but for me, it was the cherry on top. They clearly work as a team, and for the first time since forever, I was able to deal directly with a partner in the business, and I had no reason to question their expertise or honesty. My furnace, a/c, and water heater were all replaced in June (3 months ago) and my family and I have spent our most comfortable Summer yet in this home. Thank you John, Josh, Shawn, and team for making my priority their priority.
We found ourselves in a pickle when it was 95 degrees and our A/C went out on a Friday night. After a long wait to get a service tech to our house, we found out that we needed a new AC unit. We were quoted anywhere from $10k-$20k from other vendors. Eventually, our friends recommended John at MJM. We talked on the phone and he offered to come out that evening to look over what we had. He talked with me for almost an hour, explaining the differences in systems, what we need, what we don't need, options available and also suggested waiting until after Labor day when more incentives and rebates are available. We just had our new Furnace and AC installed for far less than any other HVAC company could offer. The service/install team was amazing. Super fast, but detailed. They didn't make much of a mess, but cleaned everything up and left everything looking great and most importantly we have a super efficient system for 1/2 the cost of the other guys. John and team were great and best of all, I now have a HVAC company that I can trust and rely on for any future needs. Highly recommend giving MJM a call to help with any HVAC or plumbing needs.
MJM went above and beyond to get my new hvac install. Technician came out and next day I was up and running you were a life saver! I did several quotes with other businesses and MJM was the only one who cared to get my new equipment done ASAP and answered any and all of my questions professionally. You won’t go wrong with these guys THANK YOU AGAIN!!

MJM was very responsive for our heating/AC commercial unit that had failed after 22 years. John was out the next day and supplied a quote that evening for all the work and cost of the unit. The install went quickly and a follow-up phone call to ensure everything was completed as promised. Steve and crew did a great job finishing up the install with thermostat controls along with fixing the duct work. MJM comes highly recommended.
this was a great experience from top to bottom...I cannot say enough good things about this installation...Everyone we dealt with was top notch, professional, friendly, helpful, on time and cleaned up after. We were impressed by the level of HVAC knowledge, low pressure sales pitch and professional of the installation of our new 4-ton HVAC residential system. I found MJM because of the other "well-known" companies in town were pushing products and plans we did not need. We highly recommend their service and price. I am in the trades and can tell a professional from a hack. This company is top notch. The were professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my old HVAC compressor and coils and were very competitively priced. I highly recommend them.
