Great service! Cameron was very helpful. I usually don’t write reviews for services like this, because I’m not especially mechanically inclined. However, Cameron explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions, as well as giving me tips for future maintenance and ideas on how to make my system run more efficiently. I always appreciate when someone takes the time to lay out the specifics of the repair they are completing, and he definitely put my mind at ease. He was friendly and efficient, and helped clean up after the job. During the first diagnostic visit, Jacob was also very polite and helpful and Taylor went out of her way to ask the techs questions while setting up my appointment prior to the visit so that I could understand what was going on. I’ll definitely be calling Masters in the future for all my HVAC needs. Thanks!
Cameron recently completed our HVAC annual visit. He was thorough & very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips for routine maintenance. Would recommend!

My technician , Paul, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and about how to do routine maintenance on my sump pump, water softener, water heater, furnace and air conditioner. I have never had a service person do that before.
Paul is very knowledgeable and provides a lot of helpful tips for extending the life of our equipment. Service was completed quickly and accurately.
