Kevin and his assistant had everything ready for the installation of furnace, A/C and humidifier systems. They removed and disposed of the old systems. The time, as I remember, was about a half day per system. Delivery and down times were minimal and the price was very, very right. Both systems are working well. I highly recommend Manz H&C for your Heating and Air Condition needs.
Cannot say enough about this company! I called when our airconditioning stopped cooling our house on an 88° day, after hours, they responded and came out at 8 pm and fixed it quickly so we could sleep comfortably that night! And the price was very reasonable! Recommend them highly!
Kevin did a very nice job on installing a mini-split unit on my home and a furnace for my mother. The price beat all the competition and was a blessing to work with.

Worst HVAC contractor in Indiana. The owner is rude and charges ridiculous fees for work that is not completed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.
I had a great experience with Manz Heating and Cooling. Very responsive to text messages, which I appreciate. I was supposed to get my new AC and furnace on a Tuesday, but on Monday night a huge storm knocked out the power for three days in a heatwave. Even though he had damage to his property to deal with, Kevin came out and moved the equipment into my garage to wait for the power to be restored. As soon as the power came back, he came out the next day to do the install. We were never so grateful for the cool air! I felt he went above and beyond in a tough situation. Highly recommend.
Kevin is a great person to deal with he gave us an honest opinion on what to due with our ac/ furnace . He went above and beyond to help figure out what our issue was . the quote came in very quick and he’s got great prices! I would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs or just a regular Service agreement.

In the shadowy vampire world of fossil fuel consumption, a blessed termite killing hard freeze assumption perpetuates. Our city takes zone 5 seriously! Thank God I didn’t have to afford quick and cheap baseboard money pits just to keep my cozy little cedar garden shack out of condemnation . I liked the look of that 1945 Chrysler steel and tin mill house sized furnace, but in a flash of planning and artistry, even the floors were warm! So, this is what central heat is like.... I’m still glad to know which logs to burn on a really cold night (oak, black walnut), and what will make quick and powerful flash of heat after emptying cold ashes (willow). Box Elder makes above average creasote, like pinnoak. Hickory is awe inspiring, and birch will never mess the rug. My brother still burns coal. Thanks for helping me go first! It takes a village. What a kick!
Excellent service! Worked well with my parents on establishing how to make sure that our service with him was outstanding. Very polite and efficient and very thankful and blessed for finding him when we needed the help at short notice, which ended up being perfect timing! We would surely recommend him and his services for sure!!
Kevin was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable an A/C issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved at a fair price. He was the only HVAC professional who came out the same day in 90+ degree weather. I will definitely use his services again.

We manage close to 400 units and Kevin is our go to HVAC guy. He truly knows his stuff and isn't just a "part swapper" who is learning with your stuff. He shoots straight and follows through. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Amazing to deal with! Was able to come out the day of to provide a quote vs. waiting 3 days from other companies just for a quote. From getting the equipment ordered to installed was completely seamless. Would highly recommend!
