I had new furnace and AC unit installed a year ago. Then today I had a yearly service done. I have always received excellent service, and professional care. I have used legacy for over a decade, and Legacy has always been like part of the family. Thanks again for another great service today😊❤
This company does excellent work, very professional team
While their installation went well, their customer service is awful. Almost 1 year later, I get a bill for a service charge even though their tech said it will be waive by buying the central air conditioner. I had to call 2 separate times arguing with them to get it corrected. The VP Steve was not as helpful as you think he would be. I would not recommend to anyone.
Have known this Company since the 60's. Reliable. Courteous. Friendly. Always available. Two generations of nice people and good dependable service!!
My furnace stopped working during a cold snap. Legacy sent Dom over within 1.5 hours of calling. He had the furnace fixed up quick! Prices were very fair. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
I am very pleased with customer service and time responding in the middle of the coldest spell this year. Would give 5 stars review and recommendations to anyone!
Mr Matt was very professional. And shared with me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very fair price even with ir being Christmas Eve
Had an employee named John Latimer help me find a part i needed for my furnace ASAP before a blizzard comes into town. Was the first person in all of Fort Wayne to help me find this part and found the only one left in town. Good people and friendly service!!!

Amazing service from the beginning to end. Had a few hiccups (not on there part), but Tristen and AJ stayed until my heat was up and running. Best service ever. I would highly recommend.

Showed up on time. Wanted Over $500To change the exhaust fan$148 Part. Using Coe heating & Air. He tried to charge me $85. Just to show up and call in part number. So I called his company they said pay $45. Never use them rip offs.
Legacy is where it's at for heating and ac issues! They are quick, reliable and friendly. I wish I would have remembered they now do plumbing too!!
I’m having furnace problems on a furnace they installed a few years ago. I called to set up an appt for them to come fix it, but the receptionist was so rude when I called that I didn’t set anything up with them. I wanted to use them because of my warranty, but not worth it!
