Chris found that the former homeowner had installed a different thermostat than they normally use so he did not have access to test mode. He stuck it out til he figured out the problem and fixed it! Also called one day they came the next day

Trying to get then to take care of a new Heller Homes build warranty. Too busy to have them call was the response of their office. Terrible.

Go elsewhere - they are too busy to help you. JF Miller installed the AC in my home when it was built 20 yrs ago, They have always performed prompt and professional service when it was needed. So when we decided to replace our system (before it goes out on us) we naturally decided to give them the business. Called them just to get a quote. The lady I spoke to told me Jason would call me back. When he did not, I called him and asked about getting a quote, He flat out told me he would not be able to help me as they were too busy. I told them I was not in a hurry and it didn't matter. They refused to even give a quote or a lead time. This is the first time I have ever had a service business flat out tell me to go away. Go elsewhere - they are too busy to help you.
I have used J F Miller for checking our residential heating and air for several years now. They are always easy to work with and schedule, as well as super friendly on site.

Purchased furnace and ac unit three yrs ago. Very efficient and professionally installed. Very prompt service for yearly check up. Would recommend J F Miller for installation or service . Good quality and economic.

Kyle and Mark were the technicians today. Kyle assisted me by connecting my American Standard furnace with my smart phone so that I could monitor my heating on my phone. Terrific! They explained service as they checked each part of the scheduled maintenance (not that I'm questioning their expertise,; just so I understand what and why they do what they do!) Thanks JF MIller!

We called around noon when we realized our furnace wasn’t running. They were able to get someone out within a couple of hours & fixed the problem within an hour. Everyone we interacted with was professional & very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

We are just coming out of a blizzard and they were here within one hour of my initial call to them. Ron was very pleasant and did a great job. They have been my go to furnace repair for 20 years and will continue to be!
