I love how professional and polite the techs are. They are always on time and are great about explaining what they are doing and what the issues are. The equipment is top notch, they have repaired the few issues we have had with it quickly and efficiently, and the service plan is the best and I highly recommend!
We had our seasonal service on our air conditioning unit today. The service agent was Dacoda, who was great. He explained the new yearly service contract and answered our questions. He did a great job and we will continuously use Home Comfort Experts.
Anthony was prompt, courteous, professional, and appeared very knowledgeable. He asked if I had any issues and/or questions. I did not.
Chris was very professional and answered all my questions. He took his time and made sure everything was working right before he left. He was very personal and shared a little bit about himself and his family. I liked that. Good luck to future.
The tech was so professional he had great manners. No pressure from him lauded back gentlemen want him every time your company comes out. Great service
They did a very good job of tearing out the old toilet and putting in the new one. They were polite and courteous. Did the work in a timely fashion and were very professional about it. Would recommend this company.

Patrick had been out 12 days ago and got the the unit running by adding Freon. Since then the system has been running much cooler than the remote is set to. Patrick checked out the system again, cleaned the fins in the interior unit and though there was the discrepancy in the temperature could not find the cause. We decided that it may be an issue with the remote (the remote is how the unit is controlled). I told him I would order a new remote and see if that cured the problem. I won't receive it for a few more days. I received the replacement remote controller yesterday and the mini split has held temperature within 2 degrees of set point since then. I believe that the problem is fixed:)
Cody was able to adjust his busy schedule to help us out when our AC went down during hot weather. We are so appreciative of the quality work he did in returning our AC to service.

Manuel and his apprentice were friendly, kind and outstanding. We were in an odd situation and they were able to talk us through it and allowed us to make all the right decisions. Home comfort is accommodating to its customers and always has the customers best interest at heart. This is a company I have used for many years for many different repairs and fixes and will continue to use. Whenever I am asked I always tell others about Home Comfort. Of course! Our technician was very caring and professional at the same time. He made sure my mother’s AC was taken care of that evening. He clearly explained what the problem was. Also, the agent who answered the phone was extremely kind and caring. She made the whole process go very smoothly. Top-notch all around!
Nick was awesome! Upon opening the door he greeted us and his personality was great,he did a great job at explaining everything he was assessing and he has a way of making you feel comfortable.He is also very relatable and informative.
The service was to give me an estimate for upgrading our system to zonal heating and cooling. Brian was prompt and very professional. He took all the time needed to answer my questions. Zach, Billy and the other technicians were very diligent and exact in the installation and spent more than sufficient time answering my questions when the installation was complete.
Dylan and the other guy who installed our new air handler in the attic and the new condenser outside where very respectful and courteous. They installed the new system in our old home from the 60's that had been retrofitted with a/c about 30 years ago. It was not an easy install, as the air handler had to go through a small attic access that was located inside a closet. They came early to beat the heat and were done by 1:00, it was a big job and the house is now cool and comfortable. Thank you for the good customer service.
Jon arrived promptly at our scheduled time. He was very friendly, and explained what he was doing for all the things we needed fixed. A few months ago we had HCE instalI new furnaces and air conditioners in our house, and they helped guide us to what we really needed. We will always use Home Comfort Experts!
