They were a lot better than I expected... The people at the counter took the time to look up the part I needed for my clients furnace, that was missing the full model #. They had parts for multiple furnace manufacturer's. And a lot of good HVAC tools at Amazon prices without the long wait or shipping cost. Way better than other HVAC suppliers who are rude and change the price of the same product depending on who walks threw the door, like "j-stone suppliers"
