I signed up for the Platinum maintenance plan not very long ago but had not idea I would need to use it so soon. I called Peterman's to request a plumber after I was unsuccessful in resolving an issue with my tankless water heater (No Hot Water). To my dismay, it would be a week before I actually had a come out. However, after meeting the plumber Donald Collins, he assured me he was there to help resolve the issue. Mr. Collins was professional, explained what was done to fix the problem and checked my inside pipes for any issues. I can say without hesitation that every technician and sales rep that has represented Peterman has been consistent in providing excellent customer service. To meet another representative from Peterman Brother's that put the customers need first was worth the wait. Thank you
Had a blower failure on a Sunday so no A/C. Waited until Monday morning the next day contacted the office. Leo arrived quickly and replaced a warrantied part. Replaced it quickly and a great price! From Calling to replacement of the part was all very courteous and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend! Leo was great!
A whole team came out to install furnace/ac and knocked it out in a day. All were very friendly and seemed to do a good job. Unfortunately a part broke during install so AC wouldn't work. Leo came out the next day to fix it and was here several hours. He was great, even took my heavy window unit out for me and carried it to garage as I just had surgery. How a business deals with problems says a lot. I will use them for any future needs.

Thanks to Freedom Heating and Plumbing the AC unit is up and humming like new! The damage on the unit from the recent storm left it cosmetically damaged and in need of a cleaning and check. Hats off to Freedom and Employee of the Month Leo!!! He will be who we ask for every time we need assistance. 🇺🇸 Angie was the best at making sure our needs were addressed! I rarely post reviews but after experience with Freedom H&C I had too. After the great storm of June 2022 took out my power it also killed my thermostat. Great right?! Had to be on the first few days of summer with 90+ degree temps. Have what I thought was a call to JF Miller who installed all my HVAC when the house was built less than 3 years ago and Freedom answered. Hmm they must have bought out JF Miller. Was able to get an appointment for the same day. Phil from Freedom H&C was polite, professional, and to the point on his diagnoses. From there he gave us several options in a variety of price ranges, explained the pros and cons, and made a recommendation on what he would use in his own home. There was no pressure and he made every effort to make sure I had no questions. Once we picked our option he got to work and got us fixed up. This was hands down the smoothest experience I've had on a home repair.
I had Freedom provide a quote for a new furnace and AC and it was the most comprehensive and detailed quote. Chad spoke with us and did an honest assessment of our home for our current situation and for future needs. I would highly recommend Freedom.
This place will talk you into financing thru them,do the work,then give you the ridiculous numbers that you were financed at. The salesman do not tell you your going to pay a annual interest,as well as a daily 5$aday interest. Lesson learned,back to not trusting😡. Freedom,you know your scamming people,when you don't discuss any numbers of payment until after all work is finished.

I took advantage of Freedom Heating & Plumbing's Furnace Tune Up Special. I was serviced by Paul and Jack. They were very thorough in explaining the service involved and answered all of the questions I asked. They also offered many useful suggestions on how to maintain and get the best performance from my heating unit. They were very professional in every way. In closing, I was very impressed with Freedom H&P. Good job, guys!
Our water heater went out and I scheduled a repair for mid morning. The technician never showed up. I called in at noon and no one picked up. I had to call back again later to get someone on the line only for them to tell me they have no idea what happened. Canceled service and will be choosing a new company to work with.
Paul did a great job on our semi-annual maintenance. Very informative.
Dustin did a great job on his maintenance call for our furnace. He was personable, prompt, knowledgeable and finished in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 service.

First time using Freedom Heating & Plumbing. They scheduled my furnace tune-up the next day. Paul the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to clean and inspect my furnace. Definitely will be doing business with them again and highly recommended.

I had an appointment for Noon. I had to call and leave a message to get a updated ETA for service. I get a call from the tech he'll be there around 2 pm. The tech was nice and professional however I was charged $201.00 to tell me my vents need opened more. Absolutely un-call for charge for the service and I am pretty sure nothing was fixed and I will continue to have the same issue.
