We just had Anthony out for routine heating maintenance. He took the time to help us set up and understand our ecobee thermostat. We moved into our home last year and didn't have it properly set up from the previous owners. We signed up for the maintenance program which was a great value to include furnace, AC and water heater maintenance along with other discounts and perks.
They came fast and did an excellent job getting the AC working again. The technician that came was super professional and respectful her name was Ashlee Delagrange. I would 100% call this company back again.
Loren was on time, fast, and professional. He proactively replaced a wire that was suspect with no charge, and he knowledgeably answered my old AC freon question.
They were able to fix my AC unit. I purchased an added service in order to get my AC and furnace cleaned. The price of the AC cleaning alone just about payed for the added cleaning for my furnace. Thank you to their service technician, Anthony, for taking the time to explain my options when choosing the right fix for our family right now.

The staff at Brockman are always courteous and professional. Their technicians are obviously well trained and are empowered to make decisions. I have been with them for years and am never disappointed. I continue to recommend them highly!

Repairman was on time, explained everything he was doing and the specials ,you were offering.

Trenton is a very nice technician that took the time to explain what was going on. More repairs are needed so I will wait to post anything else.
Will, went above and beyond. I had not relized I had not moved the desk away from the water heater and some how he managed to do the maintenance. He made friends with Moxie who brought a toy for him and she hopped up on the couch to get closer. She waved at him even without being asked before he left. Thank you Will
Ashley went above and beyond in maintenance of our HVAC system! She was honest and fair plus took her time and clearly explained everything she found. We will continue to use Brockmans and request Ashley every time. Followup 6/16/23: We still appreciate our service technician Ashley and are lucky to have her maintaining our HVAC system! She truly is the best!!!!

They are always on time, quick, thorough, and clean up any mess they might make. The technicians are pleasant and knowledgable. I'm completely satisfied with their products and service. Raymond Vassil was my tech today. He provided a thorough cleaning, maintenance check, and answered any questions I had. He was very pleasant and efficient. It was a routine clean and check today. I look forward to Raymond coming for my next maintenance/service appointment in November 2023. Thanks Brockman Heating & Air for having such personable, well mannered, and knowledgeable techs!
Ashlee was very thorough and meticulous, in spite of the cold windy rain today. We appreciated her efforts. She was on time and took the time to review my systems characteristics and future needs.
