Can’t say enough about Barney’s Heating and Air. I had a water leak that ran into my furnace and trashed the electronics. Barney's showed up same day and replaced furance. Definitely recommend for quality and quick service. Well done guys!

I called Barney's either the 14th or 15th of May and asked for service for my AC. I spoke to a woman who was rather robotic in her demeanor. Name, address, phone number and said someone would call and hung up. I called back on Monday afternoon the 18th and the same woman answered the phone. I asked if anyone was going to call me as she said they would and again she robotically asked me my name a phone number and hung up. A few hours later, Barney called and was rather unfriendly asking, what do you want? I explained my ac problem and he said he was busy and would call me again in a few days when he wasn't so busy and he hung up. This was my 3rd contact with Barney's and still no appointment to come out. It is now the 21st of May and I have given up on Barney as he never called back. I just call Legacy Heating and Cooling and spoke to a friend, non- robot woman who said they will be out either this afternoon or in the a.m. To expect them in the a.m of they don't come today. Why didn't I call them first?????
