Rude and mean for absolutely no reason.
A. Hattersley & Sons just installed a new tankless water heater for me. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Mark and his well trained residential team for any project that needs done by real professionals. They were courteous and took special care to make my wife and I comfortable while doing their work. They truly are a 5 Star company!
Just a big thank you for Hattersley & Son along with Springfield Restoration for the work they performed at Tim Didier Meats at 3205 N. Wells. Mark Hollenbaugh and team were exceptional. We had a very difficult time obtaining anyone to assist until we called Hattersley. Going through a large remodel we have dealt with multiple contractors and subs--It has been a process finding ones that we trust and provide good work. Mark and everyone at A Hattersley have exceeded expectations at every turn. Not only are the professional, meet every deadline, have great communication but the quality of work is unmatched. My only regret is that they weren't the first plumbing company we called.
Maybe a bit pricey starting out but excellent top drawer service. I think it is appropriate to say quality is remembered long after price. Management assured everything was left in perfect condition. I would recommend them highly.
We woke up Christmas Eve to a very cold house as our heater was no longer working. I called a number of companies with little success. When I contacted A. Hattersley they informed me that they could work us in. It was not long before Mark arrived and determined that our furnace line was frozen. He was able to get it thawed out enough to get the heater running again. We felt bad that he had to be out in this weather to correct the problem but grateful that he was able to identify the problem. He also explained the issue with how the line was installed. We will be looking in to having the line reworked once the weather warms up so we don’t run into this issue every time the weather gets this cold. We much appreciate the quick response on a holiday weekend.

Its real simple people . Ive used alot of folks over the years. These guys r GR8! Pro's! Prompt! Personable! They got all the 3Ps i was taught about in college 30 years ago :)
I am very appreciative of Mark and Doug for the professionalism and knowledge displayed while replacing my sewage line. I have no doubt that I will be contacting A Hattersley for any future services as they are committed to their customers and take pride in their work.
Mark came to repair a problem accidentally caused by a city worker. He was prompt, efficient and took the time to point out and explain some other issues he noticed that needed attention. I will most definitely have him back. What a great asset he is to Hattersley!
Excellent business to work with. Came out same day to fix a valve that had broken shut and left my house without water. They coordinated with the City Water utility so I didn't have to. Technician who came on site was incredibly friendly, professional, and completed the job very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs in the future! A++
Called today with a sump pump issue and the problem was resolved the same day after hours with a new American made, which I appreciate, sump pump. The premium for overtime service was not exponential. Mark was very knowledgeable, personable, and seemingly efficient. Took time to explain the situation to me and how the new one work in an easily receivable manner. Should I have any other home issues come up, that they can handle under their umbrella of available services, I'll be calling them.
They responded promptly to my late night emergency and were very professional and very friendly I would highly recommend them to anybody. I called 13 emergency plumbers and A Hattersley were the only company who answered the phone and helped me.
Thank you so much for coming out in less then a few hours of the first call and then getting our new water heater in the next morning we can't thank you enough!
I called Hattersley at 8:15am and someone was at my house at 10am. I thought I had a furnace issue, Ricky found out it was a sump pump issues...I know that sounds strange, but glad Ricky was able to determine the problem and provide professional advice to help get our problem resolve. I highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs!
Responded quickly and took care of the problem. Explained everything and gave recommendations to prevent future problems. I will use this company for all my home needs.
Mark & Ron did a fantastic job! I now have a toilet that works!! And Mark helped me save a lot of money by having me call my Insurance company I never would have thought of! I appreciate all that they did for me and it didn’t cost me anything!!! Until we get to the Allstate claim, that’s gonna be $1000.00 deductible for thousands of dollars it will cost to repair everything! I’m happy happy with their work!!
Mark and Ron were professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing and what I still need to do. Got the roots out of my sewer and unclogged my bathroom. They showed up on time, were efficient and I would definitely have them do more work at my home
