My wife and I decided to have our 15 year old HVAC system replaced. We were VERY pleased with the quote we received from Rinehart. Kevin sat down with us at our kitchen table and together we determined what we wanted to have installed. Kevin was patient as we asked a lot of questions. We were able to schedule installation quickly. Kevin and Stumpy were very professional in installing the system. We now have a great system to heat and cool our home and at a great price. I highly recommend Rinehart Heating and Cooling.
Had them come out to quote a whole new system. They showed up, walked them through the house. Said he would get back with me in a couple of days. A week went by and nothing. Called them, said the guy was out but left a note and he would call. Another week went by. Called again. Same pony show. To this day about two months ago and no call. Don't waste my time because I had no intentions on wasting yours. Very unprofessional.
They are are great. Techs come in get job done.

Woke up to the furnace not working, Rineheart was able to get to us same day and easily fix the issue without any attempt to upsell services or products. Will be calling Rineheart when I am ready for system replacement.
Bought a new furnace and ac unit. Didn't want to but had to. These folks are great people.

Have used them for several years. Always pleased with results. One main thing that's great is there is never any push for an "upsell" like many other Heating/AC companies. Highly recommend them to my clients as well.
They were quickly responsive and thorough in coming out to give me a quote. The quote was competitive and they were honest about all parts of it. They were able to completely replace my system within 2 days, and their techs were on-time, friendly and efficient. I hope not to have them do an installation for about 2 more decades, but when I need it again, they'll get the call!
Was very impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. We are happy with our new dual zones system greatly improved heated where we were hoping it would. Installers were friendly on time and got the work done promptly. Will definitely use Rinehart in the future.

They were so quick to call us back. They ordered our parts and it was going to take 3-5 business days, and the Temps were freezing and they offered to get us space heaters and did all they could. They got it all installed and it still was throwing a code. They stayed until it was fixed and we are so grateful. They are so nice and professional.
We had issues getting the gas line to the house and it took over 3 months. However after the gas line went in it took less than 2 days to get the heater and the AC unit installed. Over all we were impressed with their work. But the waiting for the gas line to go in was kind of a bummer.
Rinehart Heating and cooling is absolutely phenomenal! Their prices, their service, their professionalism is top-notch. I would recommend their company for any and all HVAC needs without a doubt.
