They are now Chapman heating and air, but they have been great since the takeover.
The young man was very polite, he did what he could. My furnace would not cooperate and make the noise. It was quiet and running fine until about 10 p.m. that night and then started up again. The one thing I am extremely unhappy about is the thermostat that now kicks it on if the temp drops 1/2 a degree. This is a new thing and he said it has to do with it going back to factory resets and he can't fix it. It was never that touchy until the last few weeks. It was installed when you did some furnace repair work for me. It is not cost effective with the utility bills to have this happen. I have to get my grandson to record the noise and this furnace kicking on and running for 3 to 5 minutes at a time is not good. It is hard on the blower motor and will be a real problem this summer when the air conditioning is on.
Called to make an appointment, and they came out same day. Very pleased with quality and value.

These folks are simply outstanding. They are highly responsive to service needs. They did a very complicated installation very well for us. Everyone with whom we've worked at Heat & Cool has been great. I highly recommend them!
Heat and Cool is small enough the I actually know most of the Techs. The are oitsta ding and I trust them.
I had my 15 year old Bryant gas furnace replaced yesterday. I would like to share the great experience I had with using Heat & Cool as my service provider. First, I want to highly recommend the sales director, Brett Wagner. He came over to our home at 6:30PM after I got off work to walk me through my options. Since I work in the HVAC industry I knew a lot about the information he was providing me. However, I was still very impressed with his thorough knowledge of the products and non-pushy sales approach. That whole meeting lasted about 30 minutes. I told him I would get back with him on my decision after I meet with a second local dealer to get separate quote on the exact model unit. Fast forward to the next day. The second dealer came over to the house and provided us with a quote that was similar to Heat & Cool. Ultimately, I chose Brett because of his timeliness, professionalism, and military veteran background (support our military!!). Two days later, the installation crew arrived on time with our new gas furnace. I want to give Aaron a big shout out for keeping us updated and informed regarding the progress of the installation. Specifically, the crew brought to our attention two issues they had discovered during the process. First, the gas line that was connecting to my fire place and grill was not properly installed. Aaron told us he would fix that issue - no additional charge. Lastly, he took a picture of our crawl space and showed us water was being dispensed into it by our A/C unit (later on by our new gas furnace). He recommended that we get a pump installed so water would not pool. He even called contractors on our behalf to receive job quotes. We agreed on a bid and the repair is scheduled to be done next week. That is what I call superior service. Overall, we love our new gas furnace and look forward to the money saving efficiency it will bring. Your representative was amiable and polite. Also, he kept the are clean and wore shoe covers while in the house.

Heat and Cool installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. The work was professional, they were very polite and left everything clean. I also had them insulate my attic, I only had about 4 to 6 inches of insulation. I have received 2 gas bills since the install and they are half of what they were last winter. I will defiantly keep using them

Jade, Aaron and Kelly provided awesome service. Furnace went out and they did a temporary fix until a new one could be installed. They arrived on time and worked until everything was completed. Excellent service, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff - this is a company I would highly recommend!
The two young men arrived at our home about 8:30. They worked very hard all day and had the installation about 3:30 p.m. Aaron then explained how to use the thermostat. They didn't even take a lunch break. It was a great experience and they two young men were so polite and friendly. Thank you very much Heat and Cool for sending two such installers.

The pros from Heat and Cool did an awesome job cleaning my ductwork. They also were very thorough when they performed my routine maintenance on my HVAC equipment.

Heat & Cool saved my family from a major mid-summer ductless AC system breakdown. My family had recently bought a house where the previous good ol' boy owner had recently installed a Bryant ductless system himself from his "honey-do" list. The estimate H&C gave us to fix and redo our system was very reasonable, and despite more hours of diagnostics and tech support than they probably originally realized would be involved in a very technical and complex problem with improperly installed ductless technology, H&C honored their original estimate and gave us a year warranty on the work they provided. My family has enjoyed a much more comfortable summer, and we think daily with gratitude of the H&C team. H&C has always been very responsive and professional. I highly recommend their services!
Heat and Cool anticipated poor weather the day of our duct cleaning and called the day prior to let us know we would likely need to reschedule. When we forgot to call them back, their duct cleaning tech showed up at our house at the proper time of our appointment to let us know in person the work couldn’t be done and set a new appointment. Very professional.
