Professional and on time would definitely use this company again for future repairs.
I have had 5 different technicians from several companies at my home over the past 4 years. Each one telling me something new was wrong with my system, and that my entire system needed replaced. Sines can you my home and a thorough, professional, and communicated to me what was actually going on with my system. Long story short, I won’t be calling anyone else from now one.
Sines Heating and cooling did a fantastic job! Originally hired for duct cleaning, upon inspection found out that the ductwork in my home was installed incorrectly when I built the house. I then hired Sines to do a complete replacement. The cost was reasonable, and the took the cost of the duct cleaning off the replacement. This is a family run business, and the work was completed on time, and in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Jason Sines, and will be using them again in the future.
Prompt/Transparent. Had my unit up and running within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Furnace went out on Sunday....made the call and Jason was out within an hour to assess. Being a Sunday, parts would not be available for my certain issue until Monday (which i assumed would be the case). He was back out on Monday within the timeframe to do the repair like he said he would be. Quick response, timely response, transparent pricing, straightforward/ no BS to deal with, and very nice/cordial representation. They will be my "go to" from now on, with my HVAC issues.
Jasen was so easy to work with. From start to finish, he was open and honest and took care of us, just as he said he would. Will use him again!

Quickly was able to service my AC issue after contacting them. It was extremely hot in our house and the service tech was able to quickly help and resolve issue. Highly recommend this company!
Jasen was Fantastic! Called me back ASAP and showed up early. He showed empathy to our family not having AC. He performed a quick troubleshoot and identified what was causing us not to have cold air coming out of our vents. Very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me in simple maintenance and things to look for. Highly recommended!! AAA+++

Great experience. My capacitor went out on my air conditioning on a 97 degree day. A person answered the phone right away. Surprisingly Jasen, our tech, came to fix the air within the hour. Friendly service, great qualifications, and a good value.
Jasen was very punctual, kind, and professional. He gave me alot of helpful information about my geothermal unit that I had no idea anything about and got everything back up and running! Highly recommend! We will definitely be using his company again if there is ever a need for anything.
They said it would be an hour to get to me and it was 15 to 20 mins early. And was text so I know they were on their. He explained everything and told me how much it would cost. My air conditioner is working great. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. He was quick and proficient.

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced! Our heat went out overnight when it was 10 degrees outside. I called Shield at 7:45am and they had someone to our house by 10am. It was amazing! The serviceman fixed the issue quickly, answered all my questions, and wore a mask and booties while inside. The total bill was under $100, which is amazing for an emergency call. I was expecting to pay much more. I will be coming back to them for all of my heating and cooling needs. Thank you so much Shield!
Exceptional response time and exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our furnace kept going out and parts were being replaced one at a time. This was getting costly. We called Shield Comfort H & A. They said the furnace was going to keep going out a piece at a time until the whole furnace was new,. our equipment was over twenty years old.They said just junk it and get a new furnace. They did so well on the furnace we asked them to replace the air conditioner unit as well. When that was done we asked them to go ahead and replace our water heater, which was no as old but full of debris. They tried several ways to drain it but still it was extremely full of sediment the it took all the strength and expertise to lift it out of the basement. They did all without setting off our three Dogg's even once!! What a great couple of guys. We have no worries about heat air or water for another twenty years. Hire this company, you will not regret it!!!! They went above and beyond by fixing a faulty filter system and removed a failed humidifier system. Roy E Lawson
