They repaired my AC last year when I had a leak. Instead of repairing as he said, they taped and zip tied the line as a quick fix. I will be contacting the BBB as they were the last company to fix my ac.
Have not received a bill for my ac (that isn't even working). As well as threatened to put a lean on our property for not making a payment for service that doesn't work. This business is shadier than slim shady himself.
Very unprofessional. Doesn't pay it's employees for their work performed. Does very poor work. Undependable lacks skills needed to complete work. Over promises and way under delivers. Very untrustworthy. Scammer Jesse Parsley the owner is a joke has very limited knowledge. Check the reviews a lot of them have the last name Parsley. Hmmm wonder why that would be?
Not only was he extremely nice, but he was very knowledgeable and made it easy for us to understand. He wasnt out to gouge us and gave us a better price than other competitors. Great company to use.

My air conditioner was not working very well ! We had Jesse come check it out and it was running ice cold within an hour ! Dynasty knows what they're doing, very knowledgeable ! We didn't go through a home warranty company so I can only imagine the issues people have would be with their warranty company. We had no issues and everything is running great !! Thanks :)
Does a fantastic job and is my go to business when I need HVAC and other work done. No brainer!
Where to start? On multiple occasions, they’ve either no-call no-showed appointments, or showed up whenever they want without setting up a time with us. Every time, they’re rude and unprofessional when we’ve tried to address this, always blaming the home warranty company, never taking responsibility. When they finally do show up, the work is shoddy and incomplete, and invariably ends with them being called back a few weeks later to redo it. There’s a reason your home warranty is requiring you to work with them. They’re cheap, unprofessional, and do the absolute bare minimum.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my entire hvac system within minutes of working on it and fixed the problem immediately. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone I know needing help in this area. He was very personable and had everything needed to make the fixes on hand.
If you’re home warranty company sends this company out, demand another service provider. It is a scam. This company will come out and perform a “repair”, collect your deductible and never return. They are either negligent, fraudulent or both. My story: 2-10 sent Dynasty out for my AC not working in our new house in 95+ degree heat. After a few text messages Dynasty finally came out and diagnosed our problem. They replaced a 24v transformer and furnace fuse, claiming they were faulty. The problem with this is that Dynasty left their trash and “faulty” parts inside my furnace. With those parts, I was able to prove with another HVAC repair company that the parts that were replace were not faulty. Dynasty collected their $100 from me for the “repair” and was gone. I was told it was an electrical problem and I need to have an electrician rewire my furnace. I had an electrician inspect my system and was given a clean bill of health on our electrical system. As expected, the furnace continued to malfunction. At this point it was getting fishy so I called my own HVAC repair company to diagnose the problem. My HVAC repair company discovered the parts that were replace inappropriately and determined, rather quickly, that the blower motor was bad. I then requested that the home warranty company send a technician out to replace the blower motor based on the diagnosis I provided. They dispatched Dynasty again. After several days in 90+ degree heat with no AC, and no response from Dynasty I finally complained to 2-10 and they promised Dynasty would be out. Dynasty made an appointment, I confirmed I would be home, and they never showed up. Again called the warranty company and complained. By this time it has been 2 weeks with no AC and a 1 year old toddler in 90+ degree heat. At this point I was fed up and called my realtor who sold the house and the warranty with the home. They were able to get Dynasty to finally show up and replace my blower motor. I had AC!!!! But the story is
Just do your self a favor and find someone else...... They would charge you to fix the problems they created in the first place, good job!
Jesse is fabulous. Installed a AC unit for us and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend him. I agree with what someone else said about the bad reviews. They must be about their warranty company, not Jesse. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Will certainly call them again!
They are miracle workers! Knowledge is beyond the average HVAC company.
The service I received was excellent !! I would give more than 5 stars. Jesse was very knowledgeable and polite. The price was exactly the same as the estimate. He even swept up {more than the work area} Thank you very much Hey Jess, I love my new A/C too 90 outside and a cool 75 inside !!! Thanks again
The company was called out by my home warranty company to service my A/C unit. When I believe Jeff/ Jess arrived my daughter was at the home and I spoke with him over the phone. I asked him if once he was done with the current issue if he could install a google thermostat that I had purchased? He said yes it would be $100. I said ok can you place the thermostat you are removing into my attic area. He said yes. I paid him a total of $175 which was the fee from my warranty company and what he was charging to install the thermostat. My husband and I left to go on vacation the next morning. My daughter called me while on vacation and said the house still had not cooled off. When I spoke to my daughter she stated that all he had done was changed the thermostat and not addressed the problem he was called out for. So, I then tried calling his cell phone to see if he would come back out. No answer. I then went back on my home warranty site and put in a duplicate request because the problem had not been resolved. He comes back out and now tells me that I have a different issue and wanted to charge me another $75 because he coded it as my thermostat was messed up. I advised him that I was not going to pay again after the issue was never fixed. Needless to say my air was so called “fixed now” that he came back the second time. He called the warranty company and I called them as well. I was advised that they would waive the fee and we could move on. The next day I start receiving threatening phone calls from him stating that he was going to give me until the end of the week to pay the $75 or he was going to file for a lien on my house or he was going to come take the parts off my house. I had to call the warranty company again to advise that I was being threatened and also get my husband involved because he was trying to take advantage of me being a female. Needless to say the warranty company said that he had no business contacting me and should have let them handle it and the

Can't speak to the quality of work - didn't get to that stage. I was put in contact with Dynasty Heating & Cooling by my home warranty company (2-10). Dynasty first contacted my at 12:00 pm to TELL me that my appointment was that same day and they would arrive between 2-6 pm - a potential 2 h advanced notice. I replied stating that with such short notice I would be unable to be home until 5:30 because I was at work. My reply was immediately met with a second text from Dynasty stating my appointment was cancelled. No follow up call/text was ever received. Looking at other online reviews, a common trend poor professionalism and customer service appears to emerge Dynasty. I contacted 2-10 home and they informed me that Dynasty is the only company in my area that is in their network. 2-10 Home Warranty was happy to give me alternatives once I informed them of the situation and my concerns regarding the poor reviews. If you are put in touch with Dynasty Heating and Cooling through your home warranty and are concerned, I suggest contacting your home warranty company to discuss alternatives.
Jesse and Jon rock. They installed a new furnace and ac unit for me today. On time, price was great and they were professional. They had everything installed and blowing cold in under 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and put by the curb where it was promptly picked up by their clean up professionals about an hour after they left. These reviews about Jesse cannot be about the guy I met, it has be to about the home warranties people are sold. I was sold one and was screwed over. Luckily that’s how I came into a great company like dynasty. I explained everything to him and he advised me of what to do and what to buy. Guy knows his stuff.
If I could give zero stars I would. Left our family with a toddler and an infant four days without heat bc he didn't want to respond to our home warranty request, which was put in bc he lied about giving us a working part the first time he came by. Dishonest and unresponsive.
