Quick and effective service. They helped my parents with a water heater needing repair after the extreme flooding in Chicago. They are one of the only plumbers, of seven called, that answered their phone a day after the disaster.
This company was very responsive when I needed to make an urgent toilet replacement. They offered me several timeslots within 48 hours and their price for the service was $100-$200 less than other companies in the area. Tom did my installation and was professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

This is a mix of two components; the service itself, business I brought them out to come do a sewer scope on a property I am looking to purchase. The sewer scope service and the knowledge the guy had was solid. They would be a 4.5 here. (Wished the guy talked through the alternative ways to address the issue) The business side on how they run is quite sloppy and lacking. Had to call 4 times just to get the receipt, the video of the sewer scope, and the quote to address the issues found. Each time, they said they will send it/call me back by a certain time (did not hear anything from the first three calls).I had called in 2 more times to try to get connected to a plumber to inquire more about alternative solutions. They responded that they will get to me by "tomorrow" (still haven't heard from them). This would be a 1/2
Tom installed an outside water line for a hose. He had to cut through ceiling drywall to connect to the water line in the basement laundry area. He was friendly, professional, good natured about 2 large dogs, and completely cleaned up when the job was done. Thank you Fly Plumbing!
Rey stayed with the clogged drain until he was able to open it up. He was professional, polite, and efficient. He also cleaned up the job site when he completed the job.
Reynaldo was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure that work has been completed and customer was satisfied before he left. He was very professional and honest. Contracted and dealt more than 10 plumbing company for the last three years and this company was the only one who gave me an honest diagnosis. Will definitely be on my speed dial and will recommend to everyone!

I can’t go into every detail without writing a book but they were SO intelligent, kind, courteous, patient, and overall just great souls outside of work. WOW!! I just moved here and I wanted to get my fiancé water heater replaced and wow Fly plumbing and HVAC send the best technician I have encountered in many years. Now I forgot the guys name Josh or Thomas I think. I hate I can't remember his name because he was simply awesome.. because of him I will be using this company for other properties I will soon have.

I had a problem with my drainage and my laundry room/ basement was flowing with water. Ariel was a friendly and efficient guy. He got right to work. Would definitely use them again. And,he cleaned up afterwards😁
