Spencer was very helpful. Fixed all of our problems and provided very helpful advice in general. His expertise was appreciated.
The only issue I was concerned about was that you have to know my phone number to get buzzed in. I wasn't sure if I gave them the new number when I called for appointment so I called the next morning and they made sure he had the updated number. While John was excellent, I missed seeing Roy who has been checking my system for years. Both gentlemen are excellent.
Roy and Bruce were at my neighbors house & we were in the right place at the right time. So we are now getting a new air conditioner unit.

Comfort Masters has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner since they were installed about 12 years ago. The air conditioner stopped working yesterday. I scheduled an appointment and they came out early the next day. David found the problem and it was fixed in no time. He even trimmed a weed growing next to the air conditioner so nothing was obstructing the air flow. David went above and beyond. Thank you!!

So this was a routine visit, but Nick was very professional, explaining the condition of our HVAC and made recommendations for what we could do to lengthen the life of our system. Very informative. Very polite Nick did a great job.

After several attempts to schedule an appointment, I was frustrated and cancelled my membership. A supervisor named Chris called me back fairly quickly and apologized for the trouble I was having. He was able to schedule an appointment in a few days. The service technician Josh was very professional. Hopefully this was a one-time issue. I have been using this company for many years at 2 houses.
