Cody was awesome, responded and was out in the next couple hours!
Got prompt reply and scheduled for next day Heat pump shot cycling issue in cooling mode. Technician Cody came as promised and replaced the capacitor after some testing. What I appreciated most was that he communicated what he recommended to do and answered my questions. And after he was done, he sent me a thorough notes on what he had tested and replaced. Hopefully this fixed the issue permanently since the heat pump is only 4 years old. I would recommend this company.
Very pleased with my new ac install. Jim and Juan were professional, articulate, and efficient. During my install, Jim noticed something that he recommended be upgraded…….after discussing the pros and cons , I agreed with his assessment….. and to the price of the upgrade. The job was completed in 5 hours. The install, dialogue, and and value was top notch. I WILL recommend Pure Climate !
Jim and team were very professional and helpful. Bought a house and the 25+ year old AC predictably gave out within a week. Found Pure Climate looking around online. They came out and took a look and assisted me in learning about the issue and finding a reliable, affordable replacement. Jim, Cody, Jose and everyone was very professional and respectful of our new home during the install.

Cody did a great job on both of our heating & air conditioning systems. He spent a lot of time cleaning and checking the units. Highly recommend this company.

My father needed a new furnace and ac installed in his home out in West Chicago, so I called an HVAC company recommended by my father's neighbor. My knees buckled when I got the quote, which I thought was crazy for a small, 725 square foot home. My wife and I had such a positive experience with Pure Climate last summer, with an ac fix at our home, that I called them for a second opinion (which is what I should have done in the first place). I spoke with Chris late Monday afternoon, met him at my father's home early Tuesday morning and he looked over what needed to be done, giving me a detailed explanation of recommended solutions. Chris e-mailed me a detailed quote a couple hours later, with an extremely fair price, and I signed the contract Tuesday night. They were available to do the job Friday morning, but I had to push it back to Monday. Install went extremely smooth on Monday. Mike and Jose did the work and they were polite, professional, and explained everything to me in advance. About 6 hours later they were done with everything, including hauling out the old furnace and ac. Jim came by to look over the finished job, ask if I had questions, and gave me details on warranties. I will not be calling another HVAC company ever again, this is my go-to place. I highly recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed! They are a small business and understand the importance of excellent customer service, and treating people fairly. P.S. ... Pure Climate's price on the complete install of a new furnace and ac was $4,500 LOWER than the larger competitor I called.

My furnace had quit working in the middle of the night so I called a few places that morning that did not seem interested and wouldn't have anyone to my house till 3pm. Then I found Pure Climate! They had someone out that morning as it was very cold outside and inside! Chris arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with confidence. He had the new part ordered and installed the same day and my heat was back on and running good as new! I won't hesitate to recommend these guys! They are polite, knowledgeable, prompt and do a very good job! Glad to have found them and very happy with their service!

Chris was very professional, explained everything to me and completed the job on time. I was very pleased that when I called somebody responded and I didn’t have to leave a message. I was told that within two hours someone would cine and within two hours the technician arrived. Also, the person that answered the phone was very polite and kind.
Hands down, the best experience I've had. I was in a bind for two days when I lost complete heat during the recent brutal winter storm that came through the area. Jim, Cody and Chris all worked to get the job done. Explained and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. You all definitely got yourselves a permanent customer. Thank you!
We had two out of three furnaces down in the middle of Sub-Zero temperature. Pure Climate was able to dispatch the technician within 2 hours after phone call . Chris, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix both furnaces within an hour. Highly recommend Pure Climate.
Jim and Chris did a fantastic job! Our furnace went out with an outside temperature of 1F. Jim answered the phone early, Chris showed up within an hour. He replaced thermostat & had the system up & running in no time. Highly recommended!!!
Not all HVAC companies are created equal. It can be a challenge to figure out which HVAC company will provide you with the exact solution you're looking for. I highly recommend Pure climate heating and cooling!! My furnace was constantly breaking down, and paying half or more the cost of a HVAC replacement isn't an efficient use of time, money, or energy. Oscar and Jose came out to replace my furnace today. This was a most pleasant experience. I really have great respect for this company. They are steadfast in efficient, really professional customer service. Before Oscar left he recommended how to stay on top of the maintenance and to not hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns. Thanks again.
Pure Climate is professional and personable. Cody explained everything with patience and took the time to not only tell us how it all works but showed us. Cleaned up everything. Jim provided us same day service in a pinch. We have moved our maintenance to them for spring and fall from our previous provider. I like to deal with honest, local, clear and concise people like Pure Climate. They earned my loyalty today!
