Very satisfied. The installers (Davis and Alex) were excellent. They were informative, professional and considerate. Jamie, who handled the logistics (scheduling, contract, etc), was excellent as well. He made things clear and his advice and assistance was very helpful. I received 5 quotes before choosing a supplier for a complete HVAC replacement and Pro Temp had the most competitive quote, best warranty and cheapest payment plan. Highly recommended.
Jamie was great to work with , pricing was better than any other company I talked too. The guys that did the installation were thorough and precise with their work . Also made sure to explain any questions I had . Good quality work with great value .
Needed to replace my old ac unit and furnace. Looked around for a while and found the best deal with Pro Temp. Jamie was just terrific and the guys who installed everything did a great job. I will definitely tell all my family and friends about them if they need any hvac needs.
The servicemen were polite and took the time to explain the system to us. They finished in a timely manner and completely cleaned up when they were done. We highly recommend them!
Wow! THIS is how I wish every company I worked with delivered on their promises! Jamie was exceptional and his installation crew was extremely professional. I have already texted my family group text to let them all know- if they are doing anything in the area of HVAC, they have to call Jamie at ProTemp!
Back in April, we had a furnace and air conditioner installed by Pro Temp of Illinois. We waited for warmer weather to write a true review. We are extremely pleased to say that both units work very well. From the installation, clean-up, and hauling away of old units, Pro Temp provided us with great service in every way possible. We wouldn't hesitate hiring Pro Temp in the future and highly recommend them to everyone, including family and friends.

2nd time using Pro Temp. Jamie is awesome! Called him, returned call within 30 min. Sent him a few pictures, had a quote within 15 min. Work was done the next day. Installers were prompt, and very clean! I definitely recommend Pro Temp!

I would strongly recommend the ProTemp team to anyone needing HVAC work. They installed two A/C units and coils at my home. Jamie was able to provide a highly competitive quote virtually and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable during the estimation process. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY, with the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. From first contact with my advisor ( Jamie) to the two installers ( Edwardo and Freddy) I was pleased with the process.
The techs Alex & Davis were in promptly at 9:00, out around noon. We barely knew they were there, quiet, polite, efficient, professional, organized, clean. They kept us informed of everything they were doing. The AC unit is Lennox, excellent brand with a reputation for reliability. We’re very happy bc with the device and would recommend and use again.

I really should’ve done this a few months ago. I ran into trouble with my old air-conditioning unit back in August. It was very old, and difficult to get parts for. I needed something reliable and started calling around— looking for prices on replacement. I knew exactly what I wanted. I received the information for Pro Temp HVAC through a family friend who recently did service with them. I called them out, and received an estimate the next day. They understood what I was looking for, and installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. I got to use the air conditioning for a few months before it became cold out, and as a I transitioned to heat, I realized what a great investment this purchase was. The house climate feels much better, the system is very quiet, and everything works as it should. The reason why I am writing this post, is because I am very picky. I struggle having people work in my home, because very few people would do it the same way I would. The two installers, who came out, were very professional, and extremely clean. I never worried about any of my belongings, or any of my property being damaged or becoming dirty. They even threw tarps down in my basement to minimize traffic on the carpet. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, and when it comes to price , they even beat Home Depot by a significant amount. All in all, I would do it all over again. Thank you for everything.
Couldn't be happier with everything. What a difference a new furnace makes. Warm and cozy, humidified, and wonderful. Can't wait to try the a/c in the summer! Thanks for everything
