Jose was very thorough, considerate, and patient in answering all of my questions.
Jason Langlo just did our Fall furnace service and inspection. Very thorough work included igniter, burner, thermostat control and humidifier test and check ! Tested for carbon monoxide. Jason explained everything he did much appreciated. We are on service plan no charge for service! Thanks for the terrific work Jason we are ready for winter
I want say Orlando was the nicest guy. Would have him back anytime. He should get a raise.
I got a ton of estimates for install of a dual-fuel system (heat pump + nat gas backup) and Brian's offered the best price without any of the gimmicks of other places. Better yet, Miguel worked with me to get an affordable system whose metrics qualified for the $2k tax rebate (and, with the tax rules/ metrics pretty new in spring 2023, that was complicated stuff to figure out). Install of these systems can be complicated too, and Miguel worked extra hard to get it working right. A month in, the system heats when it's supposed to, cools when it's supposed to, and overall does the job I wanted at a price I needed (and notably less than what bigger, TV-advertising firms would have charged, even after their "sale" offers). If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate to go with Brian's.

Our older Nest thermostat was failing and we needed a repair person to address the cause. Jose was dispatched to our home, arrived early, figured out the problem, and helped us select a new thermostat. He was very informative regarding all the questions we had.

Jose came out and was very professional, courteous, and was very helpful. Great work! Our blower went out on the furnace, and he let us know exactly what needed to be done. No upsells, no added costs. He gave us the price and that was it. Very impressed.
Brian's Heating and Cooling is the only hvac contractor i would use. I have had them over several times and even have their maintenance agreement. Service has always been top notch. Rolando did the last call and fixed an AC line leak that the original installer had missed. He took his time, answered all questions and it was obvious how much he cared for his craft and wanted to be thorough. Definitely ask for him if you have the option.
I had a great experience all around with Brian's Heating & Air conditioning. Great quality customer service when calling in and their technician was phenomenal. Rolando G. was great to work with and was very professional when he came into my house. I would highly recommend Brian's as well as Rolando to anyone in the area.
**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** Had them come out 3 (separate issues) times and Rolando is a great intelligent technician. This is just a continuation of my experience with this company and techs review. (Previous visit) I had a great experience after dealing with a different company last year. Problems: - had a leak in the furnace area (last company didnt address) - only came to recharge the system and charged $400+ - Problems were not solved so I ended up fixing the furnace area myself which at the time was just a crack in the drain pan for the upper part of the furnace area. JB Weld to the rescue **Brian's HVAC w/ Jason and Luis ** - Called ahead and arrived on time - very professional introduction and walk thru of house - CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem which was a bad capacitor which resulted in burnt melted wired to the condensor AND showed pictures - gave an itemized list of costs before hand Overall: It was great and it was done within an hour. I ended up signing up for their Service Plan which was a 200 plus upcharge but for the future problems (which i know I'll have with a unit from the 90's) and avoiding a headache I believe it is going to be worth it. Our unit runs with the out dated R-22 refrigerant so I will need to replace the whole thing in the future. Thank you Jason and Luis again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Rolando was great! He was efficient, on time, and very informative. He cleaned up after himself and made helpful suggestions.
Rolando Garcia was the service technician who serviced my heating and humidifier. He was an amazing young man! Polite, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. I will always ask for him!
Brian's has always been very responsive and helpful. Rolando came to check-up our furnace and was on time, efficient, very friendly, and very patient answering all of my questions about furnaces.

I recommend this company. We've have always recieved great service from them. A couple weeks ago we had José at our house to clean our furnace. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Just last week we had Reynaldo at the house to install a humidifier. We have already noticed an improvement in air quality. A very big thank you from a very satisfied customer.
Miguel and Rolando cleaned our air ducts and gas dryer vent. They were very professional, on time and very knowledgeable! I wasn’t sure what to expect so I asked a lot of questions and got quick concise responses to them all. They cleaned up everything and there was no dust in the air (something I was concerned about). Our dryer vent had not been cleaned in over a decade and I was amazed at how dirty it was. I’m sure that was a fire in the making but now it’s nice and clean. A very good experience!
