They were great and handled the problem. Very expensive labor cost for a quick repair but management was very responsive to my concern since my unit was only 2 years old and had major part fail. Part was under warranty. Seems like so many of these companies that are now owned by corporations have to charge so much.

2021 - Tim L. came and fixed the wire connection to the A/C. I called the previous night after 10pm and I was able to schedule a time for service in the morning. Tim was very detailed about our unit and made recommendations on how to keep the unit working properly. Blue Frost will definitely be our go-to for our A/C and furnace. 2023 - Ernesto was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He let me know what was going on with our unit and check the maintenance. We’ve been with BlueFrost for 2 years now and as a home owner, I’m glad we have them to help us keep up with the maintenance of our unit and also for any emergency.
The technician arrived promptly and thoroughly inspected the Air conditioning unit and furnace to guarantee good service for the rest of the season. He also took care of a new problem that just started with the furnace and now I have an appointment for that. Very helpful and professional!

Updated 6-20-2023 A/C stopped Monday evening. On Tuesday morning called Blue Frost service and they had a Technician at my house by 2:30pm. A half hour later after diagnosing a bad capacitor and replacing it we had a/c again. Ernesto Garcia and a training technician we excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Blue Frost is a company you can trust for your home’s heating and a/c equipment service. A fantastic company with employees who care. Blue Frost is an excellent HVA/C company. Brian our service tec was excellent. Checked our furnace and humidifier and cleaned both. Made sure our equipment was in working order, cleaned everything and let me know how things were working. You can’t ask for a better HVA/C service company than Blue Frost Heating and Cooling Company.
The cleaning for my on demand water heater makes a difference. I really appreciated the service tech explaining what was being done and how it would help my equipment last longer
I received detailed proposals from numerous companies that sell the same brands of equipment before replacing my 120k btu 5ton HVAC system (furnace and a/c), as any homeowner should do. Blue Frost's proposals were 50% higher than their closest competitor for identical equipment. They may have great customer service, but they priced themselves out of a job by a mile.
My tech put on footies when entering inside my home. Which was a plus for me! My tech was professional, quick and very detailed! He refilled my central air unit outside with Freon. Now my home is nice and colder than it was before. I will always do business with this company.
Excellent! As usual the Blue Frost Service Rep did a stellar cleaning of my HVAC. UNUSUAL this time involved replacement parts and more time to install, test, and tweak stuff required to prepare for the coming Spring and Summer. Thank you.

I had a scheduled appointment for a Monday, the service tech called on the Friday before and said he was in the area and asked if he could come earlier (doing your technician a favor). I recently moved to IL from a warmer climate and have never covered my outside unit with a cover. It took the technician 5mins to realize the issue and why my AC was not working properly. The cover was on the AC unit. I was then charged $200 and he would not accept the $15 coupon because he did not perform a service even though the coupon was for a service CALL. Very disappointed and will never use your company again.

Tony B was on time, friendly very thorough, and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. He detected a potential problem down the road and suggested adding a part, explaining why it was needed without any pressure selling. This company is always reliable and follows through with their guarantees, too.
The tech, Brian, was very professional. I had surgery the day before so Brian did the services and found his way around the home. He kept me up dated on what he was doing and should me all the pictures of the work he did. I am very happy with the service and tech 😀. I've never had any problems with the company. I would recommend Blue Frost to any one.

They installed new Trane furnace and air conditioning. Beautiful install, all from office, Sales and techs were very professional, courteous and super nice to deal with. Very happy with this entire process. We highly recommend this company!
Tony was prompt and personable. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job with the annual maintenance as well as informing me of an issue. He was able to take care of during the same service call, which was appreciated.

Brian M came out and performed ac maintenance on my system. He was right on time and extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
