I have used Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning to install a full furnace/hvac system, water heater, and a split unit in my home. Both times I have dealt with their salesman who has been on time, responsive, and excellent to deal with. Their technicians arrived at the scheduled time and did excellent work. I couldn't recommend them more.
We were extremely pleased with the excellent service we received from Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and Very patient! The installation team was great! They worked efficiently and left everything neat. We would not hesitate to recommend you to friends!
This isn’t a real company. Take a look at the actual address and you will notice that there is no HVAC company there. They will make it seem they’re a legitimate contractor (they’re not), that your fee for a fake “club” will pay for part of the service, and they will send out a technician who is too unskilled to be hired by a legitimate contractor. The tech won’t be in an actual Miller’s truck but will say the company was so busy that day that they called him in as back-up. The “company” is actually under Premium Home Service, which has hundreds of fake companies like this (all with addresses that are made up) like this that send incompetent individual contractors to do shoddy work. This company isn’t registered in Illinois, but do a search online either through the state or with BBB for Premium Home Service or Best GDR LLC and save yourself the time and cost. If you have an issue, prepare to be passed around a call center of “scheduling agents” in the Philippines who all say they work at Miller’s but obviously don’t . But all the 5 star reviews? Check out the pictures and ask why these people would post these awkward posed photos on Google Reviews and give their other 5 star reviews to other fake contractors also under Premium Home Service that are in other areas not near where they claim to live. They’ll sprinkle in some vague 5 star reviews for restaurants to make it a little less obvious. NOTE: there are other Millers in the Chicago area - they are legitimate businesses and this review only applies to the one who claims to be on Townline Road.
Arrived on-time. Performed seasonal maintenance to start up the heating system. Advised me of operational status before switching to winter heating. Answered all questions. Great job! See you again in 6 months! Having Anthony out to do the maintenance on my heater today was an absolute pleasure. He was friendly, efficient, and an excellent communicator during the entire process. This is how service is supposed to work!

I’ve used Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning for over 4 years and would highly recommend them. They are professional, timely and each time have gone above and beyond. They always provide a short window to arrive. They have corrected multiple mistakes by the original company that installed my units. Great service and people!!!!
When my nest quit operating, Greg knew just what to do. He had the parts he needed on hand, and my air conditioner was up and running in less than 20 minutes! I'd give him 6 stars if I could! He comes highly recommended from me.
I called out Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning about getting my AC serviced. The staff were friendly on the phone. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and took care of my problem without trying to sell me any additional services. Cost was fair and they are honest and upfront about it - and they even gave me options and suggestions on how to maximize what I was paying for. The whole experience was great. Will definitely use them again.

Julius did warranty work on my A/C unit yesterday afternoon. The temperature outside was in the 90's yet he managed to stay upbeat and keep working. I appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism. He is a real asset to Miller's company
I called at 5 pm to have someone come look at our A/C that went out yesterday. I set the appt with them for 6-9 PM . I got an email confirmation saying they would call a half hour before they came. It’s now 9:15 pm and still no call and NO SHOW. NOT HAPPY!!! Will not be calling them again.
I trust the folks at Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning to the job right and to do it in a way that saves money. We called on them to take care of problems with several of our units. They took care of those issues quickly and professionally. I don’t have to worry that they’ll do unnecessary work. Their concern is to take care of all our needs and not to make a fast buck.
My technician from Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt and informative. He was very polite too and I would definitely recommend his services to others. I will hire them again when in need. Kudos guys!!
The fastest response I've had for a service request is commendable. They came within an hour of calling and fixed out fan motor and a new heat pump within the same day. They were very friendly and patient, and I'll be calling them again if I need repairs in the future!
These guys were very professional and offered an overall great service. The service technician did a great job and discussed every question or concern I had. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a maintenance plan or to have work done on their a.c. or furnace. Fabulous!!
Excellent service. I love that I got a text before my visit with my tech’s name and photo and a little about his background. David was excellent as always and remembered us from this past winter which I thought was very nice as well. Excellent job all around.Will recommend Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning.
While I wasn't able to go through with the installation, dealing with the sales rep was very pleasant. He kept in contact and responded quickly. Even though I can't comment on service, there customer service was on point, and that is just as important as the work itself.
My air conditioning wasn't working. I called them early in the morning and they dispatched a technician in the afternoon. I've never experienced a quick turn around with Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning. I setup the appointment on the internet, got great service and a follow-up call to make sure everything was working. Superlative!!
