Quick response, excellent communication. I had a furnace tune up and learned a lot about my HVAC system. Even helped me pick out the proper air filters on Amazon.
Stanley from Emergency HVAC is AMAZING! During this intense heat spell, our outdoor central air unit went out at 7pm on a Saturday night. That is not a safe situation in these temperatures, especially with children in the house. I could not get through to our normal hvac company and I found Emergency HVAC'S number after a frantic Google search. That was the luckiest Google search I've ever done. Stanley answered right away and was calm, professional and totally on it. He was at my location in less than an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made sure I understood exactly what the issue was and the costs involved (which were very reasonable). He then made the repair on the spot. I told him he was my new hero and his number is stored safely in my contacts. If you have an HVAC emergency, do not waste precious time or stress- call Stanley! I cannot say enough about how calm, efficient, capable and professional Stanley is or how grateful we are for his expert help. Thank you Stanley!!!
Fast service good prices
Stanley was terrific. Very responsive to all my questions, reasonable quote, flexible with timing, stayed late to turn a two-day job into a one-day job, and did a clean, professional full HVAC installation in my house. Would definitely hire again.
