Very knowledgeable and fair. They did miss something on first visit but fixed the problem later. Installed a new furnace that is working beautifully.

Ray’s came highly recommended by my neighbor so I went with them when I needed to replace my 33 yr old AC last summer. The wait for installation was longer compared to other companies at the time but all so worth it. I am extremely happy with my new AC. I got different quotes and Ray’s pricing was the best one. Nick worked with me to find out which AC unit and Ton/BTU works best for my house. He took his time to explained everything to me and even showed me how to keep my new AC running good for years to come. Even a year later, I still appreciate Lew and Nick. Their professionalism and workmanship are praiseworthy. They are honest, patience and kind. I would use them again no question ask. Its rare to find a good company like Ray’s Heating and Cooling! Thank you for giving me the peace of mind that my AC wont fail to keep me cool on the hottest summer days.
My furnace went out during one of the coldest periods this winter. Ray's Heating responded in a timely manner and had it fixed within hours. They are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I even received a followup call from them the following week during the snow storm to ensure my furnace was operable. I feel this is the best service you can receive. I highly recommend Ray's Heating.

Scheduling with Ray's was very easy, and when they had an opening in their schedule, they called to ask if I'd like to move my appointment up several days. The employees were on time, friendly, and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the part right away and for a reasonable price. Excellent service!
I had Ray’s come over to install a new furnace, central AC, and fix some ductwork. It was a great experience! Nick took his time investigating the issues going on, explaining things to me, and making sure everything was perfect. Thanks to Ray’s I don’t need a window AC upstairs anymore too! He even followed up a few weeks later to see how things were going. I highly recommend them.

Dan opened our vents so that our downstairs would get warmer and said our system was working fine after checking it out. Didn't suggest any expensive repairs since they weren't needed. Very satisfied!

Called Ray's and left a message on a Sunday to come and do some scheduled maintenance on my furnace. They called back first thing Monday and we're at my house by 10am! They were professional, friendly, and everything was done better than I could have expected. I would definitely recommend.
Had a wonderful experience with Ray's! Saw they were highly recommend, and now I see why. We had a frozen AC line with some water at the base of our furnace. Called Ray's this morning, and had a technician out 2 hours later. They quickly diagnosed the issue (low refrigerant), topped us off, and walked out the door within 30 minutes. Half of that was just waiting for the frozen line to thaw. The technician was very kind, didn't intrude on our house at all, explained all of the parts, operations, and issues in detail, and cleaned up after himself. I also applaud the employee I spoke with on the phone as she essentially diagnosed our issue without even looking and instructed us on what to do while we waited for the tech to arrive. Very reasonably priced as well and our 40 year old unit is now working as good as new! Thanks, Ray's! I will happily use you for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Quick response time, professional and courteous staff and they stand behind their work 100%. We tried several other local HVAC companies and have been underwhelmed. Wish we had started with Ray's. We have been loyal customers for over 7 years.
A/C went out in middle of the night. Called Ray's this morning, AC is fixed and running as of 4:21 pm. Serviceman pleasant and professional. Ray's charged me less for the parts they replaced than I could have gotten online (including eBay). This is the second time we've called Ray's, once in summer, once in winter, and we'll never go back to the big service company.
