If you're looking for someone you can actually trust. Someone who is fair, who won't BS you, who will communicate with you the entire way, this is who you want to work with. I've had Quality out for sump pump issues, plumbing updates, furnace work, they've replaced my 40 year old water heater. They guarantee their work. They really go above and beyond. I had a part on my furnace recently replaced, a fan controller, and after a couple of months it died. They were out the next morning, and replaced it, at no cost. They even took all this time to inspect the heat exchanger, and didn't even charge for a diagnostic. They walked me through the system, possibilities, options and gave estimates. They never pressure you into anything. They aren't salesmen. They will not try and trick you into unneeded repairs or replacements. They are also always kind and courteous. I can't stress it enough. We all know how stressful it is to find someone you can trust, to take care of your critical systems. It's not something to mess around with. You can cut to the chase, go with Quality. You'll have the same experience. Incredible team across the board. I've used Quality for years, everyone I work with recommends them, my mother recommends them, as do her neighbors. I should have left a review sooner and I'm going to encourage all of them to do the same. It's about time good work goes recognized.
Kyle and Austin were incredible. They came quickly on an emergency call two days before Christmas. Diagnosed the problem quickly, super friendly and very experienced. Also helped us move some heavy furniture so that they could get to our thermostat. We highly, highly recommend.
Great company to work with. Very responsive and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to get repairs done to accommodate my elderly parents and get them back into their home as soon as possible. Would absolutely use them again.

Had a problem with shower. Quality technician said the handle was not the right one - wrong! Quality technician said he could not get the nut to move with an allen wrench - wrong! Quality technician said they would have to research the fixture for replacement - wrong! Incompetent and I called Mattex who fixed all the above, and gave the part needed if I wanted a replacement. And Quality technician consulted the boss before telling me all this. Avoid.
Mark was nice. I watched him write all my information down correctly. It's now been a week and I haven't heard anything. Must be too busy for business.

Mark expedited our call, Rick delivered the on site expertise, and my wife was overjoyed. Quality is our first line resource for all plumbing/heating/AC requirements at our home. We have never been disappointed by their prompt response, knowledgeable/personable workmanship, or their reasonable charges. We recommend them whole heartedly.
This company is awesome!! I have used them twice in the past two months and they have been helpful, quick to respond (same day!),and given quality service and workmanship! I highly recommend them for plumbing and toilet needs!
So backed up! Couldn't get a hot water tech out for weeks. So i called Lanz! They came on out and did amazing.

My water heater stopped working and I called Quality Plumbing based on a couple of Nextdoor recommendations. I called and they sent a technician out a few hours later. Kipp was very professional and a great communicator. He explained the issue very clearly. He replaced the thermocoupler and was very efficient. It was done in an hour. I appreciated that he pointed out future potential issues and to keep it in mind that we would probably need to replace this in the near future. I feel like the repair bought us some time. I will definitely hire Quality Plumbing again.
We had a water leak in the line coming off the tap in the back yard. Mark came out promptly and laid out the best plan for replacing the damaged water line. He worked with the village we live in and coordinated the installation of a new tap on the main water line, with the completion of the new water line being laid and the installation of new plumbing in the crawl space. Everything was done in 2 days I couldn't be more pleased with how the whole process went.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! Quality repaired several items including both plumbing & HVAC. Every employee that I interacted with throughout this process was extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and the work was well done. They were always responsive to calls/emails, took the time to answer my questions, and completed the repairs in a timely manner despite the busy time-of-year. I highly recommend choosing Quality for your plumbing/HVAC needs!
We were having issues with our dishwasher not being able to drain and called another company to take a look at it. We were told to replace dishwasher as back flow valve? Was damaged and needed to replace entire unit. I then contacted Kyle at quality for a second opinion, and he was nothing but helpful. He sent a tech named John out who immediately knew that the piping under the sink was done incorrectly and fixed it within an hour. Wouldn’t ya know it, we haven’t had an issue with drainage since! Everyone was super professional and saved us over $700 by not buying a new dishwasher. Can not recommend enough, will contact them with all of my plumbing needs from now on.
