What can I say? Do you want an great HVAC system installed impeccably? They are true professionals with a passion for the details. Ragano installed a modulating furnace and variable heat pump into a 110 year house in West Dundee. My house is the most comfortable it’s ever been in 110 years!
The Ragano team is outstanding! I could tell right from the estimate appointment that they knew their stuff and took heating and cooling very seriously. The estimate was itemized, which made it very easy to add or remove items as we thought about the various options more. The installation team was very professional and courteous. I was shocked at how well they cleaned up after the install. I had an issue with thermostat wiring for one of the units, but the Ragano team went above and beyond in taking care of it. Couldn't recommend this team highly enough.

Our A/C stopped working overnight and Ragano sent our tech, Esteban, to our home within an hour and a half. Esteban was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly! He clearly explained the malfunction and gave us an affordable price for repair. He also looked at our furnace and gave us suggestions on options for our planned replacement of our furnace and A/C in the near future. I highly recommend this company and will only be calling them for future needs. And I’ll be requesting Esteban every time! Thank you Ragano Heating & Air for providing timely and excellent service!
I have used Ragano Heating and Air on 3 separate occasions. All three occasions had different service members but the quality was consistent. This company is super honest and professional. I use to have ARS come out and fix the same problem they would charge me $350.00 to $450.00. ARS would lie and tell me a sensor is out. Ragano only charged me $80.00 to fix the same exact problem. Ragano told me the truth and just cleaned a part. I will continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs.
I initially called Ragano to just get a competitive quote versus my local HVAC guy I had used in the past, who recommended I replace the entire system. Jerry came out and immediately impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and focus on the my goals. After picking a setup, John, Jerry and their crew came out to install the new system. They did a fantastic job, and any area they worked in they left cleaner than they found it. Not having an old home (built in 2005) I assumed it would not be a big difference, but even day 1 both my wife and I noticed the overall comfort level in our house had improved. Rooms that were imbalanced or hard to keep at temperature for the past 3 years leveled out that night. They also installed a new thermostat after I asked about a specific feature I was looking for that was difficult to find. The first one they installed did not work out, but John already has it figured out with a different one to install soon. These guys earned my business from the first interaction, and proved their value throughout the experience. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have been using Ragano's since we moved to the northwest suburbs 3.5 years ago. Always great service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians who do good work. Esteban and Jerry have recently helped us regarding replacing a lot of duct work in our basement. Jerry came out and spoke with us in great detail regarding our project. We were having a good amount of cold air return duct replaced due to having asbestos plenum boards removed, which then rendered our return system void. We also needed a variety of supply lines rerun and new supply boots fitted and installed. Not DIY work I was up to do at any means. Quoted price was very reasonable for the amount of time and work. Jerry and Esteban were here most of a day and they completed everything needed and got our system running by end of day. This was the day after we had a professional asbestos abatement company in removing a good amount of asbestos taped old supply lines and plenum boards (removal was properly done, would never short-cut this type of work, with a final air quality check) so we were without heat for a day. These guys know what they are doing and I'm glad we know a reliable contractor that can turn around quality work. Thanks Ragano's! And also, Nicole and customer service folks are always helpful and friendly too!

I would recommend this company to anybody very professional. Great price did more than what he was even asked to do. When it comes to heating and air conditioning these are definitely the company to go with.
I had Ragano install a new HVAC system at my home. They were on time, transparent with what needed to be done, and budget friendly. They installed my new system and took their time and did great quality work. They made sure I had all my questions asked and were very professional. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
RAGANO sent Esteban, to our house for an Emergency AC issue, on a Saturday night. On the first hottest day of the season, we turned on, our AC for the 1st time this season. We didn't know there was an issue until 7:00 p.m. at 7:30 I called ragano and Esteban was here before 8 o'clock. He worked to troubleshoot our two AC units and was able to get us up and cooling by 9:30! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Esteban!

We have lived in the Schaumburg area for over 30 years and have bounced around with several HVAC companies in the past who were so-so. We decided to try Ragano a couple years ago after a friend recommended them to us. They've come out several times since then to either service or repair our old furnace (that in all honestly should probably be replaced). Our experience with Ragano has been positive from the start. They are always prompt, courteous and professional, and have never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. We have found them to be very honest, affordable and responsive. Ragano came to the rescue again recently when our furnace went out late on a Friday afternoon on one of the coldest sub-zero days of the year. Within the hour, Regano came out to assess the problem and get it working again so we had heat while they worked to order the part right away. They returned early the next morning to finish the repair and the furnace has continued to work great ever since. Thank you Regano for saving the day. We are happy we found you and highly recommend you to anyone.
Phenomenal experience. Representative was contacted after a heating issue. They attempted to problem solve the lack of heat during the phone interaction before even scheduling an appointment. If it was rectified then no charges would have been made. I still scheduled them for a maintenance check and they were out in less than a few hours. Problem was discovered with no extra charge BS and heat was back in order. Top notch company that I will use from here on out. Thank you Ragano.
