Gene the service tech came for a weekend service call. Very professional told him come on in an insisted on putting shoe covers over his shoes. Was like wow. He Asked what problem we were having and I explained. HE was like I'm 100% sure I know the problem. He got us up and going and enjoying our A/C. Cleaned up and and said any issues call my card, I will make u a priority to come back out immediately. Thanks again chris
My air conditioner was not functioning properly, so I called Pure Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning and inquired when they would be available to come out. I have 3 large dogs that do not tolerate heat and in my home was 85 degrees. On that same day, Gene arrived, identified the issue, and offered the quotation. The AC and coils needed to be replaced. Glen and Bob arrived the following day with the new AC at 8 am, and installation was finished by 11 am. Glen answered all my inquiries with patience. I'll continue to use this business because they were punctual, did a great job, were respectful, and understood the urgency.
Gene and his assistant ( Pure comfort and Air) were wonderful. They knew their stuff, were efficient and had our new hot water tank installed in no time at all.
Service: Gene did a great job! He was very responsive and timely. Pricing was very fair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t try to make repairs that were unnecessary given the age of our furnace. Highly recommended. Installation: We decided to install a new furnace and thermostat as our furnace was nearly 20 years old with some costly repairs ahead and our a/c unit is over 30 years old and undersized for our home. We shopped around with other reputable Lennox dealers and found Pure Comfort's pricing to be very competitive. Gene was the most knowledgeable of all the HVAC reps who came out and was able to explain everything using actual calculations. We decided to go with Pure Comfort because we were confident that we were going to get a quality product that was installed and sized properly for our home. Gene and his crew were very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them. Duct cleaning: Gene did a great job once again, cleaning all of the supplies and returns in our home. It was much needed. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none!
Gene was knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. He came out on a Sunday, and gave me a thought-out list of options to pursue for my 19 year old AC. Overall great experience!

Gene did a great job! I would highly recommend Pure Comfort Heating and Air! These guys are my new go to! Gene installed my Nest and did some work on my heater when in went out on New Years Eve! They don't overcharge and do great work!

We had an emergency with an electrical component in our HVAC system. I had an appointment slot a couple hours later with no emergency/after hours/weekend upcharge. Pricing was straightforward and I felt like he gave us honest, good advice about what repairs to do now and future options! I would recommend them to a friend (like a friend recommended them to me) for the service and very friendly staff at every stage! This felt like an emergency when we called them and ended up feeling more like a minor inconvenience.
I was able to get a same day diagnostic for some back drafting I was having with my water heater. Gene was great. Friendly, honest and thorough as we discussed 3 different options and I was emailed estimates the same day. Competitive pricing but decided to go with another company only due to the fact that I preferred another water heater brand over the brand they use. I would definitely consider their services for future projects.

Very quick response - Fixed problem at minimal cost
Furnace not heating home to correct temperature. Called for service early, was given a later day appointment but shortly after I got a text from Gene saying he was going to make the issue a priority and came after 8am to handle the problem.
Tech Gene very professional..he answered all my questions..explained what he was doing..I highly recommend you company because of the professional techs and great service you provided..finally a company I can trust with my business...Gene didn't up sell he was honest with what I needed and explained step by step .other heating business I called said my heat exchanger was shot and need replacement Gene used the camera and showed me heat exchanger condition which DID NOT need replacement...Finally an honest tech and company..great job Gene thanks for showing me what you were doing and why..the business needs techs and companies like yours ..I highly recommend Gene and your company...
