The office called to give me an approximate time for the repairman's arrival. He called when he was about 10 minutes away. He arrived in uniform and showed ID. He quickly spotted my problem and repaired it. He then cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable.

Called at them around Feb 2nd. They came looked at my dishwasher said i needed a pump and he would order it have it by the end of the week. I get a call a week and a half later saying I can be put on the schedule for the 20th with a window of 1000 am to 1pm. 1pm rolls around and I have not heard anything so i call. I get put on hold and told they are running behind and I said thats fine please let me know a ETA, she said she would call me back. No call back. I call at 410pm and THEY ARE CLOSED. not answering phones. Completely unprofessional. I would not have had a issue had they called saying they were running behind but I myself had to call. TWICE. Please save your self the headache and do not use them. Waited almost a month for a NO CALL NO SHOW
I needed a new heating inducer and the same day they came to diagnose the unit was fixed and running smoothly. Really grateful I called them.
