Quick, professional service. Tech George T. was great. Highly recommend for service and new equipment. George walked us through the purchase process and kept in touch with us during the process to keep us up to date with everything.

Jesus was professional and offered to wear shoe covers entering the home. He promptly got to work servicing the furnace and air conditioning unit for the season. He recommended cleaning my reusable furnace filter more often since I have two shedding dogs. He even suggested buying a disposable filter that I could use as a replacement while waiting the the washed filter to dry completely. Thank you for the great service today!
I needed a prompt inspection and certification of my residential heating system as part of a home occupancy permit process. I contacted Merts, and very quickly, I was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. The Merts technician assigned to my home is Mr. Eric Pyle, a friendly, but proficient and knowledgeable individual. Merts is definitely an HVAC service company one can trust in the south suburbs of Chicago.
Merts offers such great service and the technician's that come out to service my unit are always so professional and knowledgeable. Adam is such a nice young Man and I wish him nothing but greatness in his future.

Professional and on time, our technician was polite and efficient. We have used Merts every year for 5 years, they installed our heating and air conditioning unit. We have not had any problems with our unit or their customer service.

Service is always awesoem! Ryan M came out and got my air conditioner back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he’s doing and what he found.

Very hot day and my A/C wasn't cooling properly, Jimmy showed up about 1.5 hrs after calling and after thoroughly checking everything, he found this issue was just a dirty filter. I learned it is better to buy a $10.00 filter more often than risk having no A/C and to pay for a service call. He was very helpful in explaining why a dirt filter caused my problem. Highly recommend Jimmy!
Had 4 Ecobees installed in December, $1656. One stopped working this month, still under warranty. Merts charges $89 for diagnostics, even though we knew what was wrong as previously confirmed by our air conditioning company. So I had them come out anyway as they installed them. They wanted to charge almost $400! They discounted final amount by the call out fee but still almost $300 for a product that was under warranty. If under warranty then they should have replaced for NO charge. Next time I will have my air conditioning company install a new one for $400 and free call out if anything should be wrong.
Adams, did not provide an estimate for duct work that was requested several times. What was most disappointing was the additional repairs and service was obvious but he was unable to recognize all the critical repairs in a timely manner. He want to use the outside water source but did not know to remove the winter cap and needed help from me. Very poor service. I do not recommend this provider.
I received same day prompt, friendly and excellent service.The technician answered all my questions and provided information. I highly recommend Jim and the Merts company to others.
They exceded my expectations i had an emergency call they responded in 10 minutes, now i do live in there service area. There advice was super good ,I didnt feel like they were lying to me. I will use them again.
