The Jacobs HVAC Services team did an amazing job with my AC install. I was unsure to repair or replace the AC and they sent a rep out immediately and was prompt and professional. I could tell integrity, transparency and service were key tenants in how they conduct themselves.
BEWARE! SCAMMERS. If I could give them 0* I would. This is scam. I gave them all the details, they told me that it will cost a $99 fee to send the technician over. The guy came the next day, asked who's gonna pay, I said I have already paid for the inspection so that the he can tell me what the problem is and provide an estimate, then the guy got into his car and left. I will be filing a claim against this business. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I had a great experience with this electrical services company, thanks to the excellent work of the technician, John. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. John was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my electrical system and provided me with several different options for repair. He was very patient with my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work he had done. I would highly recommend this electrical services company and John to anyone in need of quality service.
Jacobs HVAC Services was first-rate. If you experience any HVAC issues, give them a call. I'm pleased with the brand-new system that was installed. The new system maintains a consistent temperature across the whole house and is quieter. Great people, I told my friends about this business.

Called this company to have my heating and air conditioning system repaired. The owner, John, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He explained what was wrong with the system and how it could be fixed. I decided to have the repairs done and was impressed by how quickly they were completed. I would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent pricing for a fantastic response and service. For the installation of a split unit at my workplace, I requested bids from four more businesses. I was delighted with my choice when Alex and John arrived at the installation time and promptly walked me through the steps. Clean installation, beautiful appearance, and excellent performance. The technician who was sent to service my furnace was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and prompt. He took his time to examine my system thoroughly and he was able to diagnose all the errors in it. He was able to fix everything and left the system in order.Would definitely recommend them.
Our air went out and I called our home warranty. The assigned company did not call and when I called them it would be two days. I called Jacobs HVAC Services and they came out the same day! Great service! This is not the first time Jacobs HVAC Services had saved the day when our home warranty assigned company did not come thru!
Today Jacobs HVAC Services came to do a routine tune up on our furnace and air handlers before the winter season. Josh was the tech and he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what he had done and did not leave until the job was finished.
Josh was very informative and gave me different options on ways to approach the situation with out any pressure at all on which one to go with. He was quick and efficient. I called around 8.30am and they were at the house by 9.00am and done by 11.00am. The house was back to its regular temperature with in 30min.
We were very impressed by this company's professionalism and personal service. Our whole HVAC system needed replaced and all of our options were explained clearly. We now have a new, very efficient, powerful, and quiet system. Tech especially, as well as being really nice, impressed me with his perfectionist attitude.
Thank you Jacobs HVAC Services for coming out to perform the semi annual maintenance on the AC and evaporative cooling units at our warehouse. I like that you give me a written report saying what was done, as well as what to watch for in the future. I highly recommend.
Josh is a fantastic Service technician. His knowledge of the HVAC system saved us from a very hot uncomfortable weekend. We decided to contact Jacobs HVAC Services because many of my friends and even neighbor had a great experience with their service. I wanted our 19 year old heater replaced.We called them in for an estimate and Josh showed up on short notice. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the benefits of each type of unit. I was very pleased with the service and can see why everyone spoke highly of them.

My outside AC unit had gone completely off, I got online and read reviews of companies near my location, then I spotted Jacobs HVAC Services company and spoke with Josh one of their technician., explained to him my situation and he came the next day as promised and fixed my unit appropriately. He was very knowledgeable and professional with his work. I would highly recommend this company anytime without single doubt.
I received a quick response from Josh the service guy. He called to let us know he was on his way and was honest personable craftsman and knowledgeable at the same time. He repaired the unit faster and made a follow up call the next day to make sure my unit was operating correctly. You just don't get that quality of service anymore. Highly recommended!!.
