Great experience. Tech explained what happened and how to prevent it in the future. Walked me through what he was doing as he did it. Nice guy. Trustworthy. Fair price.

When I couldn't find anyone to help me get a replacement part for a decent price this guy stepped up and made it happen. Really went out of his way to help me out.
Update:I can’t figure out how to write another review in addition to my last one from several years ago . I called them a couple weeks ago when my ac went out again. Another same day service for them. Excellent company and service!!! My air went out the other night and I tried calling multiple companies the following day to come out. All said they were busy and couldn't make it out for a couple days. Left a message at Good Shepherd and received a call back within an hour. They arrived at my house another few hours later! Problem was fixed in about 20 minutes. Great guys, great service! My house was up to 89 degrees when they got there. I'll be contacting them for any other heating or AC needs. Thanks Guys!!!

Wow...what can I say...in a world lacking in trusted contractors, David is the real deal. As long as he is in business, I will never go anywhere else for my heating/cooling needs. A+++!!!
In todays society its hard to trust companies. This one you can! I was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace, the draft inducer motor had seized up. I know my way around a furnace but this was something I couldn't tackle at this time. I saw all the 5 star reviews so I called Good Shepherd. The owner, who was very polite and professional, showed up a little over an hour after I called and gave me a quote after examining the furnace. I did a google search on how much it would cost to have someone come out and repair it and he was on the very low side. He was able to change out the motor, blower wheel and gasket, etc, quickly for a low price. Very professional and he did not try to sell me anything not needed. So glad I called Good Shepherd.
God Bless David. Our AC unit stopped working last night, and I thought I would need a replacement for my very old unit. After explaining the problem to David over the phone and sending him a couple pictures, he came to my house within 30 minutes and replaced a capacitor in the unit within a few minutes. Now the unit is back up and running like before. Thank you David.

David is extremely friendly and responsive. I called for a quote and he had me describe the issue and send pictures. As soon as he saw the issue he called me right back and said he was on his way. Fixed my issue immediately with great care. Well worth the price (which was a lot less expensive than I anticipated) and I will definitely be using his services exclusively from now on for any of my hvac needs!
Very honest and good people that do a great job. They go above and beyond. David is a great repairman of air conditioning and even better human being. Got us fixed up and saved me from the hot weather.
Last year they installed an AC very well priced. This year I had an issue as it was damaged by another contractor. When I called them they came within 30 minutes and had it fixed. Great company.

Our thermostat went out in the middle of the night we called good shepherd and they came out and fixed it for us . Great work quality and pricing will use again and highly recommend.
David always goes above and beyond when taking care of our hvac issues for all of our family. He is quick to identify and resolve the root of the issue the 1st time. He is always genuine and treats you as if you've known him all your life. His prices are reasonable and fair. I definitely would recommend him if you need anything hvac related and you'll see why he is legit.

I am a realtor and I always refer him to service my clients who satisfy his service all the time. Quick response. Friendly service. Reasonable price. If your technician always charged you in different reasons, it is time to call David.
I called Good Shepard on December 14. He asked that I text him with my address. I did. I didn’t hear from him for weeks. In his defense, he tells me that he called me and even drove to my home a few days ago. But he left no message or text. So unlike Good Shepherd. Update 1/16/20 I want to apologize and update my earlier review. The misunderstanding was totally my fault. David responded cordially and he is in the process of evaluating my home need. You can trust Good Shepherd for all of your heating and cooling needs.
I had David come look at my furnace as a second opinion after the first company could not figure out the issue. David was extremely honest and professional and most importantly he was able to find the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. He will be my first option going forward and will recommend to anyone I know.
