My a/c system broke down and the next day freedom showed up and fixed the issue. From dealing with my association to sending paperwork to get access to the roof, they got everything done the same night. Customer service was very nice and professional. Scott, who came out to fix my ac, did a great job and was in and out. Would recommend Freedom for all your heating and cooling needs.
From the moment I met with the estimator to the final inspection, the team gave great service! So courteous and helpful. They were also on time, fast and did a great job! The price was great too.
I had my furnace and a/c replaced today,and I have to say that from the time they arrived to the end ,they were amazing!!.. very professional, they answered all my questions, were very friendly ,and was very impressed with their work Ethics!!!.. i will definitely recommend them to anyone!!.. I called to get a quote on a new exchange unit and air conditioner, and was told over the phone that the building I live in they would not be able to do the work, but advised me on what the price should be were helpful and honest with my questions, and that's hard to find in any company right now!
Freedom replaced my home's A/C unit. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The installers, Genti & Nick, were courteous, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Freedom.

Omg! Furnace started blowing out cold air on Sunday around 7pm called the company that installed it and SIX others, either no one was open (even though they said 24 hrs) or couldn't get in till Monday afternoon, which with a 5 year old and a 88 year old in the house wasn't an open this cold weather. Called Freedom Heating and some one picked up on the first ring and said they can get some one out to us tonight. Little Pete arrived right when he said and was able to get the heat working again in a matter of mins. He also was able to give us some great tips and info that we had no clue about. Thank you Little Pete and Freedom Heating and Cooling, we appricate they urgency and we will be using you guys again.

Freedom heating and cooling has provided not only myself, but my friends & family with great service/installations. We all became recent homeowners and HVAC is very important to living comfortably. I should have left this review a few years ago, but it’s better late then never. I have trusted this company with being in my home unattended, even with my own keys. After they finished working, they were even nice enough to drive to my work and drop off the keys. I told them they could leave the keys in the mailbox but they insisted on giving them to me in person. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I will only recommend this company when anyone asks about heating and air conditioning work. Have a great week! Thanks again to the Freedom team 😁🎉👍
My grandfather had a problem with his furnace last night and we found Freedom online. Called them in the middle of the night and they came out in about 2 hours. Everything’s working fine now and we will continue to use them for our annual service. Great company, family owned as well. They are very trustworthy and they gave us a discount because my grandfather is a veteran. Thanks again, happy New Year Nick!

Little Pete, Genti and Sarge were very helpful in getting our new heating system installed and working. There were some challenges to our installation but they handled it like pros.

Barbara T here! Freedom HVAC was highly recommended to me, as my family has used their services for years. I purchased a home and as I moved in, there was no heat coming from my boiler. Little Pete came out and stayed until the house began to warm. He found the problem and repaired it quickly and was able to inform me about boilers, as I have only lived in furnace-supplied homes. 100% professional and courteous! Highly recommend everyone to use their services!!!
WOW. Great heating and air conditioning company. I've had service done by some of the other big names (4 Seasons, etc) in the past, but Freedom is the best!. They really spend the time with you to answer all your questions and do a thorough check of my system. While I did have a 14 year old A/C system, the technician never tried to sell me in upgrading my system. He just explained it was an older system using older freon but at the time (14 years ago) the bryant system was one of the best on the market. He explained why over the last 14 years Lennox is starting to outperform Bryant, etc. He explained his company sells whatever manufacturer but that their company keeps track of brand maintenance issues, etc over the years. The technician was patient, friendly, professional, and very informative about heating and A/C. I will definitely use Freedom again. They spent over 60-90 minutes reviewing everything on my system and even gave me ideas on how to minimize airflow and thus cool the house faster. GREAT! Thank you Freedom Heating and Cooling. BTW - great pricing for annual maintenance check!
We have had Freedom Heating and cooling help us with our heating and AC for several years, both for maintenance and once for something that came up. When we needed their help and were without heat, the came right away, and for a very reasonable. Today, we had a routine inspection, and I had a whole list of questions regarding the heating and AC. Nick was not only knowledgeable, but was patient and able to explain each answer clearly. Over my 60 years we've used several companies, but I can tell you that we've been with Freedom for a number of years, and they are simply the best!
