This team was amazing right from the get go. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient - installing two complete AC/furnace systems for us and making sure our “down-time” was kept to a minimum. Very satisfied with the work that was done. It's the best quality of work that I have found. This is definitely the best place to go. I’ve used Empire for years and I think they’re the best. We went with Empire because of the reviews but still managed to get bad service! We called on 10/28, at 10 am. We were given a time frame of 11 to 2:30 pm. My wife called them at 4pm to see what's going on and they were super busy so their running late. My wife than called again at 7pm and was told they will not be able to make it after we waited all day!
I submitted a service request on Empire Heating & Air Conditioning website, the evening prior, then called for service the next morning as soon as they opened. The coordinators efficiently booked my appointment. I was contacted twice, as promised, prior to the repair serviceman arrival. The problem was quickly diagnosed, resolved, and the furnace system back online. Excellent outcome. Thank you.
We had a problem with our air conditioner.Their technician showed up a few hours after I called them and had our air conditioning fixed very quickly.Was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

We always use Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for all of our heating and AC issues. We had Dan out to perform maintenance. He had finished his previous job early and the call center called giving us the option to have him come earlier, which was perfect. He did a good job and answered some questions that we had. We are always happy with the level of service and professionalism we get with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning.
Dan, the technician, exhibited the knowledge and the professionalism that we required. He was able to replace our old Air Conditioner with a new one in just few hours. He was friendly and helpful. He kindly pointed out the reason why our AC could not work for longer period as expected and gave us some recommendations for good maintenance. We just had our 20 year old air conditioner replaced by Empire Heating & Air Conditioning. Dan was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions patiently. He did a clean job with the installation and was also very knowledgeable, helpful and left the working area cleaner than they found it.
