We are very thankful for the outstanding service that we received from Trouble - Free Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing today! Even though they were fully booked with service calls today, the owner, Dave Osborn and Josh, one of his employees, made a special trip just to take care of us. Also a shout out to Office Manager, Lorinda Hanson for her help in arranging this. They are honest and trustworthy, and we highly recommend them. Thanks again!
Dave ended up coming out and he was able to quickly get my AC back up and running. I've always had good service with whoever they have ended up sending to service my issues or do my tune-ups.
Jeff was super helpful and professional. He explained the HVAC system so we can use it more efficiently.
Trouble Free always has the most knowledgeable technicians that are extremely professional. They service our units and also installed an entirely new system for heating and cooling recently. There wasn't one single thing more that we could have asked for with the entire process or system. FANTASTIC!
I was very pleased with the installers knowledge and expertise. They kept the house as clean as possible and fixed the thermostat issue.

Called this plumbing business after hours on June 8, 2023, the after hours operator took the info and said they would call the following day. Today is June 25th and have not heard from them yet. Not a good way to run a business. Very disappointed.
Raced two faucets and removed the disposal in kitchen so that it's now just a sink drain. I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of their service.
Josh was very knowledgeable and they both have great customer service. Will be using their services again. The price was fair.
I had my air ducts cleaned as well as a filter upgrade and new water softener installed. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, courteous, responsive, and flexible when I needed to reschedule. They did great work, too. On cleaning/install day, I made the mistake of letting my cat out of her secure room when the crew broke for lunch. She found her way into an open floor vent that I missed (thankfully, I saw her tail disappear into the vent so I knew it had happened). When they got back from lunch, the guys went above and beyond trying to help me locate and get her back out with their camera scope and from below in the crawl space with no luck. I halted the cleaning in hopes she’d emerge when they left and it was quiet. It took a couple of hours, but she did find her way back out and served as an unplanned quality inspector of the work done because she wasn’t very dirty! :) Thank you to all for going above and beyond while I panicked. I appreciate the office’s concern and follow up to check on the feline explorer’s status and everyone’s help to ensure I remain a satisfied customer. I am.
Fixed the capacitor on outside ac unit and filled with coolant. Did an excellent job.
Jeffery did a really good . He also gave us some good tips on things to keep things running more efficient. He also explained things about our furnace and A/C.

We had new heater,and a/c installed. They were fabulous. Friendly and excellent workers,they answer any questions concerns work around your family. I would recommend them.

We had Edith out for an HVAC replacement estimate, and she was amazing! She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and made sure we were well informed on all of our options. Skylar and Jackson installed our system and they were just as fantastic. They both took the time to throughly explain our new equipment, answer any questions, and were extremely professional. They even went above and beyond to repair some poorly installed ductwork they discovered while installing our furnace. I highly recommend Trouble Free!
Did routine maintenance. Friendly and helpful. Replaced leaking A-coil Did a great job.
They ARE NOT 24 hour NO EMERGENCY SERVICE !!! Pretty disappointed - the gal who answered said , “ no we don’t offer emergency services “
