Mike is a very honest and helpful man. More than once he has answered my questions and helped me troubleshoot over the phone in order to save me having to pay for a service call. I won't call anyone else for my HVAC needs.

This was the first time I have used Jackson's Heating and Air Conditioning. Mike Jackson did an excellent job repairing our furnace. He arrived on time, was courteous and helpful in explaining our furnace problem. The repair bill was reasonable. If I need HVAC in the future Jackson's Heating and Air Conditioning will be my first call.
There is no other Heating and Cooling team I would even consider! The owner and staff are super friendly, professional, and love helping people. I've had two breakdowns in a year and they've squeezed me into their busy schedule twice and you wouldn't know it by the price. Best guys around - Period!
Had an issue with my water heater, called Mike to see who to call about it. Sent a guy over to take a look and within 30 mins i had hot water again. Awesome service and price. Mike is the man to call for sure! If he cant fix your issue I guarantee he can refer someone who can. Thanks Mike!!!
Best Customer Service ever! Mike Jackson not only Installed my air & furnace at a cheaper price then everyone else but he also is always willing to give me advice on how I can do some of the service for my units myself to save money!!!
Mike and his team were extremely professional and went out their way to bring me great service at a fair price. They did everything they said they would and took extra time to educate me on some of the basics of my home HVAC install. As a result, I have a great new Tempstar unit (95% efficient furnace and 13 SEER AC) and I couldn't be happier.
Worst customer experience ever! Mike's professionalism was unacceptable. Would not work around my schedule and told me when they were going to come. The communication on the time they were going to show up was non-existent. I had to call them to see what time they were coming and they showed up an hour late. It's obvious they were overwhelmed with the workload and shouldn't have taken such a big project on. Not to mention the hour it took to clean up after their mess. Do not waste your time. Go to someone else
