Our old furnace was failing quickly so we reached out to Westin for a quote. We proceeded to research and get additional quotes, but at the end of the day Westin won our business with their friendly staff and unbeatable pricing. We are happy with our choice and our new furnace/ac system!

Highly recommend this company. I utilized them first for routine maintenance and then to replace one of my three units, which was a challenging process that involved removing the old unit from the attic and installing the new one while also relocating it. Excellent problem-solving and work performance. I can't say enough good things about the technicians and professionals. Super impressive! Knowledgeable, friendly, very hard working. We needed a technician to check on my mother-in-law's home as we live out of state. Called Westlake Heating & Air Service, answered the phone and within 5 minutes had us scheduled. Tech came out on time and checked the unit, gave us a call when he had done the diagnostic with pricing and emailed us a quote with pictures. Great service and excellent recommendations!
Hands down the best service I have ever received at my home! The guys(Rex ad Greg) took care of our air/heating tune up with expertise. They explained issues and suggestions so that it was easy for me to understand. On top of that the guys were so polite, prompt and helpful. They were very efficient and I would definitely use their services again if needed and highly recommend.

Water heater failed. Called Westlake Heating & Air Service hoping to get someone that day. Unlike 2 others I called, they were there to assist that day. They arrived 2 hours later with new water heater and did the installation. Openly recommend.

The service from this company is unmatched. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to get the most for their money .I had an issue with my furnace and Fred was the tech sent out and he was thorough diagnosing the problem for about an hour and spent another one hour making the necessary adjustments and gave me an explanation of everything he did. I will use them for all future needs.
