Modern Air Solutions came out today 7/6 after I called them with a noise concern with my A/C unit outside. Jorge Garcia found the issue within 15 minutes. I laughed with relief because it was a simple fix. As always, I appreciate Modern Air Solutions ability to respond quickly to address my concerns even if it was simple fix.

It was the annual maintenance activity that Matt performed. He is very professional and competent.
Our entire experience from initial call to the education and use of our new systems was flawless. After 20 years our AC unit quit. We knew it was only a matter of time. We did our research and had multiple companies out to the house. MAS provided us with the best products and customer service. Casey spent time explaining the quality of the units to be installed and cost saving benefits. He thoroughly discussed the benefits of the warranty and warranty program, describing the maintenance program and its benefits. Ian and Logan arrived on time, full of energy, workmanship, respect and expertise. They worked all day replacing both our furnace and AC (heat pump). They tested all units and educated us on the use. They spent quality time teaching us the use of the thermostat along with tips and tricks with both the cellular app and wall unit. Communication and education is top notch with MAS.
Over the weekend our AC unit had a leak. We called Modern Air and they had a technician out within an hour. Jesus was fantastic every step up the way. From entering our home with booties to explaining what the issue was with our unit. Thank you Jesus for taking great care of us!
Tom was on time and a real down to earth guy! He took the time to explain what he was replacing, why and how they work in relation to the whole system. I definitely will use Modern Air Solutions again should I need additional service and I'll ask for Tom.
Our service tech, Antonio, was on time, respectful, and professional. He took the time to explain all parts of the service and repair and got things working in a timely way. I highly recommend Antonio and Modern Air Solutions.
Karl, Jennifer & Tom of Modern Air Solutions have been phenomenal to work with. I’ve been a client since 2017 and wish I used them sooner! Honest & trustworthy advice from our technician Karl EACH and every time he visits our home for routine maintenance. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. It’s almost impossible to find these days, but we can always count on it with Modern Air.
Ian and Louis installed our dual fuel heat pump furnace system. Both were very professional and respectful of property. Did an excellent job installing and explaining how the system worked

Matt was terrific. He was on time, very professional, thorough and liked our dog! He also provided a thoughtful review of our aging system, and gave some exceedingly useful information in helping us to prepare for replacing the units. He was a terrific representative of MAS Inc. They are a splendid team.

Ian and Nathan did a great job installing our new AC and heating system. They were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and neat. The entire process with Modern Air from start to finish was top notch. We received a good product at a very competitive price and excellent customer service. I called at 2pm and had a service person at my house at 230pm. I got the pleasure to work with Matthew Brown. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had an aged unit in the double digits definitely a high school age about to go to college.He explained in detail what he was inspecting and gave his recommendations. Matt even fixed some loose connections and confirmed every capacitor, resistor, wire, etc. on my aged unit. I never felt pressured to do anything I did not want. Awesome experience..
Tom Sheehan found the problem in minutes and had it fixed quickly. Modern Air is the best at what they do! Highly Recommended for all home and business AC maintenance and repair!
