Excellent service and highly recommended!
Update: the owner called me yelling at me about this review but never did make it eight with me Spent several Thousand dollars on a new HVAC system and tankless water heater ever since it was installed I no longer have access to hot water and this company could not care less. Definitely do not recommend. I had a HVAC system and tankless water heater installed about a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with my hot water ever since. As soon as the tankless water heater was installed I was unable to get hot water, and after several calls it was never addressed. I would think that not having hot water in the shower or sink would at least warrant a check up. After several thousand dollars I’m not happy with the lack of customer service. My calls were ignored by the company and text messages were ignored by the owner. I also never received any of the maintenance that was supposed to be included with my new system. They left me high and dry after they received their payment for the installed system. I’m really disappointed and definitely do not recommend them.
Took the day off work for an appointment time that they set. No call/no show/ no call back after messages left. Onto the next.
We did some research, got some quotes, and then decided that Chase HVAC was the direction to go. We replaced our hot water heating system (w/o any AC) with a new 2 stage high efficiency furnace and central AC system. What a difference. Chris and his crew know their craft. He and at least 2 of the other men have decades of experience (each) behind them. I watched and was impressed. Everything works perfectly and we plan on purchasing the monthly service agreement going forward. That pile of pipe is what used to supply the hot water to our radiators. I did that myself. Anyway, a big thanks to Chris, Nikki, and the team for a great experience.
I just want to first start off by saying thank you for coming out to help us on Saturday afternoon, especially on Father's Day weekend! Chris was quick to respond to my call for help on a Friday night! Chris said he would take care of the issue and that he did!! Thanks Chris!
Used them for a boiler repair. They responded to my voicemail quickly and they sent a technician out within a few hours on an emergency for us. Quick, efficient, and very fair pricing! What more could you ask for?! 👍🏾👍🏾

I was drawn to this company because they offer maintenance agreements. First, I signed up online to schedule an appt to have my AC unit serviced. I provided all my info and waited for someone to call me. No attempt to schedule an appt was made as I recieved no call. Next, I called and made an appt. The appt was for 9am. At about 10:30 am, I got tired of waiting and called to see where the tech was. I was told the tech was working on rooftop units at Rush Copley and was behind schedule. I was told someone would call me back with an ETA. No one called me. Its a shame. I really wanted to like this company.
Great work from Chase and the team. Fast, effective and really fair. Had them work on our heating system and furnace when we were having issues. So glad I did, we've got a new go-to contractor, even left the place spotless.
Chris Hammerel saved the day! I highly recommend him for all your heating cooling and refrigeration needs. Of couse my furnace broke on a freezing cold day. Chris was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He got my furnace working quickly. Now my daughter and I will stay warm. Thanks Chris!
Chris and the entire crew at Chase Mechanical Services did a great job at a great price! Called them in for a second opinion on an unusual sound coming from one of our furnaces (we have two system zoned HVAC). After 21 years it was time to replace both of the original furnaces before we had serious issues. We got quotes from several companies recommended by friends and the quote from Chase was considerably lower for good quality furnaces (Armstrong Air) so we went with them given the recommendation and great price. Chase was very responsive, we scheduled the work within a week and Chris from Chase was great calling me back promptly to answer my questions about the recommended furnaces and making a change the day before the installation. They showed up on the scheduled day on time and completed the installation within the estimated time. They left the area as clean as it was when they started and took away the old furnaces for us. They explained the new Ecobee thermostats and how to operate them and also gave me some tips on how to help with a few cold/hot spots that we have in our home. All in all a great experience from start to finish with Chase Mechanical Services!

The girl taking my information was pleasant and friendly. I received a calling promptly from the service man. He was able to come out the same day. Pleasant, polite. Had my unit diagnosed and up and running in no time. No mess left behind. Follow up call the next day. Will use again and recommend
My gas bill is half what it was. New units are quite and the house has much better air quality. They really went the extra mile. Great price.
