We originally called Brian and Sons out when we had problems with our furnace this past winter so didn’t hesitate to call them when our air conditioner sounded odd. Both times they came out quickly and repaired professionally. Everything was explained and completed quickly. The service men were friendly yet professional.
I’ve done business with Brian and Sons for years because I trust them, and they do a good job. No high pressure sales.
Debbie was great and walked me through everything. Would use in the future again. Install staff was great too. No issues at all, definitely recommend if you need HVAC work.
Called them to service our AC. Timely, professional service at a downright reasonable price. When spit-balling about replacing out current system, Debbie (the owner) was lightning quick responding to our questions by email or phone. Absolutely no problems.
Called on a Sunday when a/c stopped to set up an appointment. They offered to come out Sunday. I accepted a Sunday appointment and they sent Mike 2 hours later. He diagnosed the problem and had the a/c working perfectly in half an hour. Great service and great work
I called on at 3:30 in the afternoon, with no air and frozen coil?. The crews had all signed out for the day. They called a service man to help me and the wonderful man (I would say his name, but not sure how to spell it, and don't want to insult him.) Who came out to check it out. It was not fixable. The next day, the owner, Brian was out with a portable unit which will help the house be liveable. They will will be here Tuesday to replace both AC and Furnace. The originals were installed in 1999, so I wasn't surprised. The price is reasonable, the customer service from wonderful girl answering the phone to the service call, to Brian, who was my last contact has been superior. I'm sure it will continue with the installation. I'm so glad I called them.
Sergio showed up after hours, explained the problem to me and was very prompt to fix the issue. Very pleased with the service.
I recently got in touch with brian and sons for a new HVAC installation at my home I cannot express the satisfaction that this team has given me. They are very professional very responsive and very honest in their service. They truly care for their clients and provide them with best solution. I am their customer for life. I wish I could give them 10 stars there service is to the point. A big shout out to Debbie and her team. You call them they are there. This company definitely knows the value of “Customer Service”. Highly recommended for HVAC services.

The technician listened to my concerns, performed his cleaning procedures and checked the system operation. I wish the technician would have paid closer attention to details though, after he left I saw my furnace service doors were put on upside down and in the wrong spots and I see the caps for the service valves are missing exposing the Schrader valves to dirt and debris. After reading this I hope someone comes back to replace those missing caps.
My wife and I just bought a house and the a/C was not working at all The team that was sent Mike Noel Nick are smart very nice and respectful. The lady I spoke with at the office Debbie is courteous and nice. All in all a professional company. I like Brian & Sons. I have used their services for years. They have reasonable rates and work with my schedule for maintenance. They do an excellent job.
I have done business with Brian and Sons for the past 11 years, for work and personal use. the owners have always taken care of issues I may have had. they are always professional and friendly and always looking out for your needs. Don't hesitate to use them, you won't be disappointed. May 31 2023 I just had them put in a new AC great pricing and customer service. The techs were amazing and explained everything and answered all our questions. Brian and Sons never disappoints you.
Called for some rattling in my outside A/C unit. I put an online request in. She called me and had someone out within a few hours. Extremely nice, professional, explained everything in layman's terms. A/C seems to be working fine now. I really appreciate the response time.
Was very pleased with there service. Showed up on time. No hidden cost. A/C is running great. Will call for winter service for heater.
