Friendly, quick and fairly priced - I would use Beery's again.
We called Beery Heating & Cooling when our 29 year old A/C unit stopped working. It ran a very long time but was beyond repair. We had used Beery before and didn't think about calling anyone else. Since our furnace was the same age we decided to replace both. They even moved the a/c unit to a better location which made us very happy. They were prompt, quick and courteous. All around a really good experience.
Honest & trustworthy company. Found them through the sticker on the HVAC from the previous owner. I’ve been with ever since and love them. Especially after going through at least 5 in previous homes.
We recently had an issue with our blower motor giving out. We contacted Beery heating and cooling and explained to them the situation. Their office staff were amazing! I don’t know how else to describe it, Very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to explaining to me the process for replacement (if that was needed) and telling me the various options and routes I could go with the work that may need to be done. They were also prompt with scheduling our appointment and kept me informed when to expect their technicians arrival. (Which I appreciated) The technicians Joe and Anthony were both respectful of our home and very friendly. When they arrived they walked us through the replacement process and what would be done. I’m very happy I went with Beery. Honest pricing, helpful staff, great customer service. I could tell they genuinely care about the customer. I will absolutely be using their services again! If you need service or repairs call Beery heating and cooling. You will be glad you did! Thank you Beery for everything! You guys are awesome 😎

Been using Beery for over 20 years now. Had a new furnace, new air conditioner, new hot water heater installed over the years, as well as seasonal HVAC preventative maintenance. Also used them for some other plumbing and electrical work. They are very responsive, reasonably priced and reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else in the area
We have hired a few different HVAC companies in the suburbs over the years, and Beery has been by FAR the most responsive, reliable, and professional! The entire team has been great - my interactions were positive throughout while dealing with various individuals at the company. These guys have been in business a long time for a reason.
Needed a new AC unit after stretching our existing unit as far as it could go. Also decided to replace the furnace and thermostat. Beery had competitive prices, friendly staff, and great response time. They also have installed my water heater a few years ago. Very professional. Often have had the same repair techs at my house, which you won’t get from those other guys. I am super satisfied. Financing process was also ridiculously easy. Don’t waste your time and just go with Beery!
Got home from a vacation with no AC on a hot day. Owner John Beery rushed over to my house to check out an issue I was having with my AC. Turns out it was a broken fan blower. Beery was out to fix it a day later at 7am. Is crew installed my new furnace and now my AC is up and running again. Appreciate John coming over so quick to look at my issues and resolve this ASAP. Beery always does great work for a reasonable price. Could not be happier with a now cool house! Dirk Barenbrugge
Called an was told would be here 11-1 today. Call me at 1250 and said they not coming unless pay up front don't wanna deal with my home warranty that ylwould pay them with a credit card while they're here. Got a 9 month old son and he sweating and now gotta call someone else. Trash customer service. Never had someone talk to me like a deadbeat. Stay away from this company
I used Beery Heating/Cooling for a furnace installation several years ago. Because of their great service, professionalism and competitive pricing I just had my 26-year old A/C unit replaced by them. Can't say enough positive things about Beery. Very friendly, professional, on time, thorough, and knew which unit would better fit my house. They were recommended to me by a couple people years ago and I understand why. And am happy to pay it forward and recommend them without hesitation.
Beery is very reliable, according to my pastor who typically, if not always, uses Beery for their HVAC needs. They were very helpful when I visited their office/warehouse.

Submitted service call online Tuesday night when our air conditioner conked out. Got a call first think Wednesday morning and, because of the crush of failed A/Cs in the heat, got service scheduled for the following afternoon. Jason let me know when he was on the way, then showed up, and calmly and efficiently fixed it, cleaned it, and answered all my questions. Couldn't be happier!
It's the weekend, the 4th of july weekend. And our air conditioner goes out, everyone is closed. One lady from another company tells us something about potato salad and "to find a swimming pool" because no one will be able to service us for 4 days. She diagnosed our issue correctly over the phone but said she can't get the part until after the holiday. We have pets and my husband is an ER nurse so he can't just chill at the pool to kill time while our house heats up to 115 degrees for days on end putting our pets at risk as well. Then we call Beery heating and cooling and they send Ken out, this guy wastes NO time, he has no time for small talk and I love that about him! He fixed our air conditioning in 30 minutes!!!!!!!!! WOW! And the pricing was so reasonable for a weekend call, I already forwarded Ken's name and this company to my family and they all saved their number. This company completely saved us a sweltering sleepless painful 3 nights. Early bird gets the worm, this company was FAST and repaired a broken air conditioner within 30 minutes of a call on a Saturday morning (4th of july weekend, mind you) all while not completely ripping us off. I called to cancel the other appointed with potato salad lady, and she told me "good luck with that" and hung up on me. We did have good luck! Thank you beery! You earned a life long customer because of Ken.
We have used Beery over the years and they have always been trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. The men that did our HVAC installation were respectful of our property and got the job done properly and within a reasonable time frame. Great company to work with at every point!
Got a new furnace and AC from Beery. Getting a quote was simple and quick (quicker than anybody else we called). John (owner) was great to work with- very quick to respond with anything I sent his way, friendly, informative, and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The guys doing the install were very professional and courteous when working in our home. They left the house just as clean (if not cleaner) than when they arrived...that's huge Between the sales and installation, it's nice to see a company with a consistent culture. Beery are the good guys
