Easy and simple service, unbeatable pricing on the market. I haven't seen a pricing for HVAC maintenance anywhere for my business around the Chicagoland area, Speedee HVAC makes it easy and affordable for any small business owners to get the required maintenance they need on their HVAC units. Would recommend to any small business owner.
This review is for the excellent communication from Ulysses. While we didn't end up keeping our appointment, Ulysses was extremely responsive and informative. We called to cancel our appointment and Ulysses was understanding and helpful. It's easy to provide good customer service when you complete a service or transaction. But it's not nearly as easy when you don't get the business. So we'll definitely be booking with them for our near future HVAC needs.
Found these guys when I was trying to expand my Business to Chicago. Simple and quick service to the point on a great affordable plan. Would recommend to any business owners looking to cut down on their HVAC maintenance prices or starting a new business.
I work at a private university and was tasked with getting an HVAC maintenance plan for our new office space. Speedee HVAC had by far the most reasonably affordable maintenance plan across the board of HVAC contractors and companies in the area. I highly recommend working with them, the company has excellent communication and helped make everything super simple and straightforward.
I originally contacted Speedee HVAC because we were repeatedly having problems very expensive HVAC maintenance checks with another company. I was reluctant to try a new company but was very frustrated. I am so glad I called Speedee HVAC. They responded quickly and most importantly were ultimately able to solve the problem and give us great pricing for HVAC maintenance.

Coming from a plumbing background myself I’m well aware of how service charges work for extensive jobs and such and they can be costly for the consumer. Speedee HVAC literally took more than half off of what I was paying to have my HVAC units serviced and their staff is incredible, professional and kind. Would recommend you get on their service plan ASAP.
As someone who runs several businesses I rarely have time to watch over meticulous parts of my business such as HVAC maintenance. Looking for a reliable HVAC contractor isn’t easy in the Chicago area. I needed service on my HVAC units and response time was excellent. Service techs were so nice, professional, and respectful of my business. I was kept informed on the status of arrival and the work that was done on my units.
I'm surprised that more people don't know about Speedee HVAC. Their maintenance plan is the best I've seen on the market. As a business owner I highly recommend going to them for your quarterly hvac maintenance services.

Our rooftop HVAC unit was not cooling and we decided to get a second opinion after a competitor suggested we buy a whole new system off of them. Fortunately for us the Speedee HVAC mentioned it just required some maintenance that was included in their super cheap price of just $49.99/month. Our unit works great now and we are relieved to have saved thousands thanks to this company. Highly recommend!
Requested a quote online and they were one of the first to respond. Their communication is great and their work is great. Very clean, never leaves anything messy. Put it in and did basic cleaning to our system. Very happy with them and will continue to use them. Nice to have a company you can depend on. Highly recommend this company.
Was looking for good pricing on HVAC maintenance. I use their maintenance plan for my rooftop units on my liquor store. They're simple, straightforward, and great.
John came out and did a thorough job cleaning and servicing my HVAC at a competitive price. He was friendly and professional. From the first phone call to the actual service call I was so impressed with the quality of customer care. I definitely felt that they were not just trying to make a buck.
So grateful for the service and maintenance provided. We do not have the easiest business space to do any sort of HVAC maintenance on. And we did get estimates from many HVAC companies. Speedee HVAC honestly provided the best service for the price. These guys are polite and incredibly professional.
