Rude staff and left my home walls with marks from carrying two new air units through home. Left work space dirty on floor and inside heating unit. They installed units on December 12th. It was upper 30s I asked it they would be checking units in spring when warmer out to make sure coolant levels were correct. They said no not necessary... ? Usually they tell me they can't do PM servicing on air units in spring unless it's upper 60 or 70's. Been using them for 20 plus years service isn't what it use to be. Asked service team leader to have owner call about situation never heard back

These guys are honest and do their best to help folks like me who don't have a ton of disposable money to replace things that still have life in them. I was working with a larger company for maintenance who always sent a technician that was more of a salesman than a tech. He'd spend more time telling me stories of gloom and doom to scare me into replacing both my AC and furnace because as he said if you replace one, you need to replace the other. After some research feeling this pitch was more a scare tactic, I sought a different company for my maintenance. I knew things were better the moment the guys from Ardmore started showing up. First off the old company would charge me 90 if the tech had to bring up his own ladder. These guys came with their own and said that's what a tech needs to be prepared to do. Yeah, they said my AC will probably go at some point, but they continue to tune it up every year and keep their eye on it (while I try to save some money in the meantime). As for my furnace, they are saying it is in very good shape and will not need to be replaced for several years. Will they be able to replace them as individual components at different times? Yes. Again, they are thinking of my needs besides just their own.

the technician was on time, checked the repair codes, diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to fix the furnace, and cleaned and tested the furnace after repair. Ardmore is a quality shop and I reccomend them to all my family and friends if they need new equipment or repair of existing.

Ardmore did a compete overhaul of our heating system, installing a new boiler and additional ducts to increase heating capacity in colder parts of the house. They were professional and did a great job setting expectations and coming up with alternative options when the original plan for retrofitting ductwork ended up not being feasible. In short, great problem solvers who know how to get the job done!

So the heater at a home I manage broke on a Sunday, late afternoon. I left msg with service and they got back to me quickly. I had already sent my husband to the house to look at it and Bob offered to call him and coach him thru the repair if possible. This house was well out of the Ardmore service area but they came right out to fix it. They could have jacked up the price but didn't.. I can't say enough good things about Ardmore. Mary and Bob are wonderful!

The staff at Ardmore was very responsive and helpful. They offered to help troubleshoot my furnace problems over the phone before even deciding to send out a technician. Before they were able to install a new furnace after my old furnace failed, they lent me several large space heaters to keep my house warm until they were finished. The pricing was competitive, they did a great job, had great communication, and were very professional. I’d recommend Ardmore to all of my neighbors.
