Called while out of town because of an alert I received that there was a problem with my furnace. Technician came out and quickly fixed the issue. Thankfully, it was a simple repair. Thank you Sutfin for giving us the piece of mind while traveling.
Ask for a simple quote to fix a simple wire they came back with a 2600 bill. If you want people to gowge u with a big bill this is a place to go

I had Sutfin come to my employer to fix a refrigerator that was in need of service. 4 months later the fridge stopped producing cold air and had to call in repair. - I was greeted with a warm good morning - I was given a 4 hour turn around time (don't know if that's normal, but it was a bonus) - Someone came, fixed the issue and left. Getting a solution and warranty work on my refrigerator was as easy and painless. I would highly recommend Stufin for Commercial and residential use!
Prompt Service......had pricing issues with them, but Frank was attentive to our concerns and addressed the issue with great care.....good management that cared about his business reputation.
been a customer for almost 20 years. Had a problem with the furnace they sold me, gave them the diagnostic codes and twice tried to get someone to give me an answer about a part and was just told they can't tell me and it was my decision on whether or not to have someone come out on an emergency charge. Both times I called I got attitude. Some way to treat a loyal customer.
