Clint, the repairman was really friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent work on the installation and maintenance of our air conditioning system. I'd recommend him since he did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
We had the best experience with Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning. They had my AC up and running quickly when the other company could not figure out the problem. Our technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. They are the best at HVAC repair. Glad we found them and will use them for our maintenance and any repair needed in the future.

They were really responsive, adaptable, and professional. I didn't want to wait around for too long, so it was fantastic that they could come out the same day I phoned. They could repair any issues with the machine in a matter of hours, getting me back up and running. If my heating system ever has any further problems, I'd absolutely utilise this business again.

Our furnace was cut out during a cold snap. Abby was very quick to respond and showed up within an hour of calling him, and was able to replace our furnace the same day. He was very professional with the installation and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommended.
When inspecting our air conditioner, Ken did a great job. He also gave us information on further items the business sells to improve the air quality in our house. All in all it was a very comfortable experience.

The technicians always arrive at or before the appointment time plus they are always professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And I feel their costs/charges are reasonable and inline with the competition. I will never use anyone else to repair my heating/AC at my home.
