Great service today with Matt. He fully explained all that he was doing, and made recommendations for making the best of our installation that Energy Service completed last summer.
Our AC went out during the heat wave. All staff were very polite and professional. Matt, the technician was very professional and patient when answering all of our questions. He explained things so we could understand them and gave us options. Will definitely use this company’s services again. Thank you Matt.
Had our annual AC check up today. David did a great job. We always ask for him since he helped us replace our whole HVAC system last year.
Carlos was our technician today for our yearly A/C cleaning and maintenance. Carlos was extremely thorough and took the necessary time to clean the compressor and check the settings on the thermostat vs his physical gages. Carlos found a discrepancy between the two and took time to call Henry for advise. The solution turned out to be to add a couple ounces of refrigerant to bring the system up into specifications. Apparently our system has been a little out of spec since it was installed 2 years ago. Carlos found the discrepancy, diagnosed the issue with Henry and then fixed the issue. Great job Carlos!! Carlos also changed the Respicare, Oxy 4 bulb as well.
Henry always is prompt, courteous and does an excellent job explaining what he is doing and how we are to maintain our heating and cooling system properly.
The technician, Matt, that did my AC clean and check was very thorough and took time to explain everything he was doing. I really appreciate that as a first time homeowner.

I’m so glad that I have Energy Services heating and air conditioning. They have professionally installed both units and because of their expertise and attention to detail, this equipment continues to be reliable. Today Dan performed preventive maintenance on air conditioning. After I saw all that he did, I’m grateful that he could be here to help, and the air conditioner clearly needed him. Now it’s back in top condition. Dan is so pleasant and helpful that I’m already looking forward to next year!

I’ve always had the best experience and professional service with this company. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. Chris, the repairman was very courteous, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Answered all my many questions to the fullest. He is a great person and an asset the company. I called them in the morning when they opened at 8:00am they gave me a 4 hour window and was here in less than 2 hours of the appointment call. It just so happened that the next 4 days were supposed to be in the 90’s. Amen, he fixed the the problem with the air conditioning. It was a tripped switch. I was at the mercy of their help. It was starting to get warm in the house. I am so grateful to them. If you have any heating or cooling needs, believe me call this company. David was out for our spring AC check. As always, the service was superb. He goes above and beyond when he shows up. The price is reasonable. Energy Services is my go-to company for heating and air conditioning. they have replaced the furnace and air conditioner for us. They also fixed a problem area by installing a zone system. In all of those cases, their work was done right the first time. Their staff is superb. The office staff is friendly and accurate . The technicians are amazing. Installation teams have always been friendly, willing to explain anything and neat. Our regular maintenance is frequently performed by David Beam. He is second to none. always on time, friendly and neat.And again, he clearly answers any questions. I've never been disappointed by Energy Services. update 9/2018 - David was out today for routine furnace maintenance. It was the same professional, friendly service that we've come to expect. I couldn't be happier.
Scheduled a spring check up. Patrick was service tech. He is very nice and professional. It is nice to see the same person return to my house to perform the maintenance work. The team at Energy Services is great to work with.
Furnace stopped working. They gave me advice over the ohone on how to get it started again, then came out the next morning to check it out and do some adjustments. So far it's working okay now.
