Fantastic service from Miguel Melchor! He was incredibly professional and helped me find the right options to replace a run-down heating and cooling system. Miguel was also worked hard to get the work scheduled as quickly as possible over a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend him to others!
The technician thoroughly checked and clean our air condoning unit. In the process he identified an issue, explained it in a clear and concise manner, completed the repair. Excellent

The technician came on time and repaired my washing machine very quickly. I don't know if it was because the problem was minor but he was in and out in about 30 minute.

This place has absolutely the worst service. Called on Friday at 9am and was given a claim number and was told that if we didn't receive a call within 4 hours to call back. Called back in 4 hours and was told we would be receiving a call before the end of the day. Call never came. Called back at 9:30 Saturday morning. First operator hung up on me. Called back and was told that it was confirmed that a technician would show to fix our broken AC between 1pm and 5pm. Called back at 4:30pm and was told the technician had an emergency and would not be showing up for the confirmed appointment and was not given a rescheduled appoint. Each time you call, they spend 10 minutes asking you the same information over again even though you've already been assigned a claim number. It's 2023, even a database designed in the 1980s would have been able to associate this information. You are then put on hold for another 10 minutes while the operator calls the dispatcher to confirm an appointment (that never happens). After two days, we have never received a return call, we've made 5 calls to follow-up and are still without AC with temps around 90.

The Technicians Jermon Thurman and Jeff Young were very professional. Jermon explained the problem with the water heater very clearly, outlined the options, and applied all discounts I am eligible for. Jermon, and his colleague Jeff Young, arrived promptly to take the old unit, prep then install the new water heater unit and test it.
