We were very pleased with the quality of service from Nortek. They were always on time and when we had an issue they made every effort to fix it including FaceTiming with me. When that didn’t resolve the issue, their technicien stopped by the house on his way home. He discovered a short in the thermostat and quickly fixed it. I appreciated the time and consideration .
I recently contacted Nortek Environmental to schedule an appointment for furnace repair, as my furnace had stopped working the previous night. I found their scheduling process to be quick and effortless. The technicians arrived on time and completed the check and repair in just 30 minutes, which meant that I only had to pay for the service call fee. I'm happy to report that my furnace is now functioning properly. Based on this positive experience, I plan to use Nortek Environmental again for any future repair work, and I'm also considering signing up for their maintenance program.

They came out to trouble shoot a noisy blower motor. Ron is very knowledgeable and professional, figured out the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Nortek always has excellent customer service!
Nortek installed the furnace and A/C for the previous owners of our home and we've been using them for preventative maintenance since we moved in. Justin is always very responsive and helpful with scheduling, re-scheduling, and addressing any concerns. The techinicians who have visited our home - Manny for furnance and Mackenzie for A/C - have been thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend!
Mr. Manny came to our house to replace pressure switch for the furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to even explain the work with his on hand task. Thank you for your help for the repair. We will definitely hire again for the future needs
I had a whole house humidifier installed by Nortek today. Justin was incredibly helpful over the phone when I initially had a bunch of questions on what I needed for my house. The installers arrived today within the timeframe provided and were friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks Nortek team 😊👍🏼 Update October 24: Nortek came out again to do my preventative maintenance on my furnace and see why my newly installed Ecobee thermostat wasn’t fully functioning. Ron (from Nortek) did a fantastic job with both services and everything is working great now!
Furnace was failing to ignite so I called Nortek and was able to schedule a service appointment for the next morning. Ron quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue and furnace is back to running well. Will be using Nortek for any heating/AC issues down the road.

Manny and McKenzie installed a new Trane XR13 AC unit today. It replaced an old Trane XR13. They were extremely thorough and professional. They answered all my questions and took their time to do the job right. They also corrected a couple of issues that no other HVAC company even noticed. I am very pleased with the job they did. Also, Ron came by to check on the job, an extra bonus. Ron is a pro tech as well. Justin, in customer service, was very responsive and followed up on all the details of the installation. Justin even got the AC unit delivered ahead of schedule. It has been a 5 star experience with Nortek.
