We had our air vents and dryer vent cleaned. Very happy with our service. They were very helpful and informative. On the day of service, the technician was very professional. Prices were reasonable.

Highly recommend Mr. Duct for air duct and dryer cleaning service. After hardwood flooring project, I wanted to remove any debris and dust from the ducts and vents. There service was top class, estimate was competitive. Crew arrived and finished the job on time, without making mess in my home.
I'm just here to share my experience with Mr Duct Cleaning. I had my airduct, furnace and dryer vent serviced today. I am happy for the customers who had great experience (rated 5/5 stars) with Mr. Duct and I commend the technicians of Mr. Duct who served and provided them a great experience. Kudos! I understand that usually the experience of the customer is technician-dependent - I believe this is my and other customers' cases. So I am not here to dent Mr Duct cleaning high Google ratings - I will just share my experience as one customer of Mr Duct. My experience was a "so-so" experience with my technician. It was not really bad - it was not good too. But when you are paying close to $500 for a furnace, dryer vent and air duct cleaning, you want it to be at least a good if not a great experience. Let me start with what I think my technician did RIGHT: 1. He used a strong gas vacuum to clean trunk line and intakes. 2. Access opening made on both lines (supply and return main line) were covered and secured well after the service. 3. Dryer vent cleaning was comprehensive and clean. 4. He used shoe covers (as requested) when he serviced my home (my home carpet was just cleaned professionally a week ago). Here are what I think he did a "SO-SO" job: 1. In the work order with Mr Duct - to clean furnace blower motor: When I inspected the blower motor after he said he cleaned it, I saw a good amount of dust and lint on all blower blades. My technician was loading his stuff to his truck - signaling he was done. So I called Mr. Duct customer service rep, Hector, while my technician was still in my home and Hector spoke with my technician and this was corrected - my technician re-cleaned the air blower blades with me re-inspecting it right after. To be fair, blades were clean after the re-clean. 2. In my work order, it also says clean furnace evaporator coil, drain and pan: When I asked my technician if he had done so, he said they (Mr Duct) DO NOT usually do it. But

I really love my experience with Mr Duct! Mickael came to my place on time, explained me the full process and started the work. When everything was done, he shown me the pictures of before/after and it was impressive, crazy how much stuff are on your vent... Really good price compared to the competition (at least compared to the 3 other companies I reached out) and their service was perfect! Definitely going to contact them again next year!
Had them out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I just wanted to let you know about my experience with Kirkland. He was awesome! He arrived on time, was very polite, friendly, and thorough in explaining what he was going to do. Kirkland was very professional and left my residence looking like it did prior to his arrival. The same can't be said for all companies I've had do work. It's not too often that a person gets a technician like Kirkland. He represents the company in a very positive way and he should be recognized for doing so. Thanks to Kirkland, I will be referring Mr. Duct to all my friends and family.
Malik was terrific! Ah the ducts, including the dryer, were cleaned - everything put back in it's place, and left the areas spotless. We will definitely be seeing him again in 2 years!
I cannot understand the positive reviews for value. Had them price out a dryer vent replacement. They wanted $900 for an easy job that is a straight shot with only one elbow. Ridiculous and that is without patching holes. Got another company that is doing it for hundreds less. Never call them again!
Everyone at Mr. Duct is friendly, helpful, professional, and does a great job. They take pride in their work and make sure it's done right. I highly recommend them.
Nathan came out and cleaned our Dryer duct which was pretty clogged up. He did a terrific job, and I would request him the next time that we need it cleaned.
Start to finish, everything was great. Scheduling was easy, office staff has great customer service, very friendly. The tech's worked neatly with shoe covers and masks. They communicated well during the process. I would use them again and have already referred them out.
The two techs came in with masks and had covered the shoes. Very happy with the cleaning, guys did have pictures and videos of before and after vents. Also let me know I had an issue with the returns that I need to get it checked out. This was the first time I ever prof cleaned my duct work and I just had my kitchen remodeled so I know they where extremely dusty. Thank you Mr. Duct who I was referred by the contractor Risen Renovation LLC.
Very professional and prompt. I tried to clean my dryer vent myself and ended up making the problem worse so I was worried about a fire. The dryer vent was cleaned thoroughly and got my dryer working properly again. I was very happy with the service I received.
Perhaps the tech had just had a long day. But he did not go over anything on the paper they left with us about the details of the service. He was very quiet and stand off’ish. I tried asking questions and he would just shake his head. According to the sheet you can get before and after photos of your vent cleaning. I would have loved to have seen that. But if I’m not told it’s an option how do I know to ask for it before the service? I Was not given accurate info on the cfm of our dryer vent. The dryer was off by the time he got to the roof to check the initial reading. So of course the reading would he 0. I contacted the customer service rep with questions and they were pretty condescending and dismissed my concerns. For a premium dryer vent cleaning price you’d expect premium service. Next time I’ll try the cheaper cleaners to compare.
Great company to work with. Showed up on time and explained everything. Was done in few hours. Let my four year old watch and follow them around. Amazing service and employees
Very disappointed in their service. New to the area and called this company based off reviews for an air duct cleaning. One of our vents has an awful smell so we ordered a cleaning and deodorizer. Technician noted a liquid in the duct and did nothing about it nor guided us on what we should do. Now we have a liquid dripping on our basement floor since they came. Called the office to see if they could help and the male representative was very condescending and told us that’s not something they do. Would not recommend due to lack of professionalism.
We had the technicians from Mr Duct clean the ducts in our house, including the drier vent. They did an amazing job. They were on time, very professional and respectful. When we called to book the services they had appointments available for the following day. We will definitely continue hiring their services in the future.
I was told they would call prior to arriving and they did not. Therefore I had to rush to leave work to find out they were already there. Then the owner tells me they will wait for me. While trying to scramble out of work and get there I get another call saying if I don’t arrive in EXACTLY 5 minutes they will leave. So I left work and I’m literally RUSHING to get there and now I’m on a timer for 5 minutes? I was rushing through lights constantly calling begging them to not leave as this is the only time I could really get them in. I’m literally blown away by this. In the middle of moving in and renovating our house and that’s how I get treated as a first time costumer. That’s beyond ridiculous and I won’t be using them again or referring them to anyone. AWFUL. Maybe if I was actually called like I was told I would be I could have arrived on time. And I’ll be posting this anywhere I can.
