We have used Harmonic for our yearly AC and furnace check ups but both times we have had more emergency issues they have been great. Very responsive, communicative, and prompt. Their quotes have been accurate and they work quickly! We will continue to be Harmonic customers!

Harmonic installed a new gas furnace and central air unit to replace my old system. The installation crew, Brandon A, Brandon D, and Joel, showed up on time, were polite and knowledgeable, worked efficiently, reviewed the new system with me, tested its operation, and cleaned up the work area. Nathan had quoted the new system and answered all my questions, and he too was professional and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for HVAC service and installation.
These folks are knowledgeable trustworthy and friendly. Their rates are very fare as well. Highly recommended. I don't use anyone else for my HVAC needs.
Amazing company! From my first contact with Liz, to my last contact with Jeremy, everyone completely earned my trust. Daniel was the Service Technician assigned to me and he was professional, knowledgeable, personable and a fantastic diagnostician! ....Start to finish, a wonderful experience. 6/16/23 Not sure when I wrote the last review but I continue to use Harmonic for all HVAC needs in my home and the two rentals. They just finished putting in a new Carrier Air Conditioner at one of the rentals and from first call to finish was two days!! Since they have branched out with plumbing and repair/painting, I've used them for those needs as well and have always been pleased. It's such a comfort to have a company that does so many things and to be able to feel complete confidence and trust in all of their employees. I sing their praises so much that I wish they had a referral program!!c

They started with an initial good impression, I was able to easily input information on their website to request information about their services and if they could resolve my situation (ac not cooling home well). They quickly reached out to me via text. This was appreciated as I've found most sites that have a place to request a quote don't actually work correctly, where as they were prompt and used a method I preferred. During the initial visit with their contractor he thoroughly inspected and reviewed the problem (free 2 hr consultation) I am having and made meaningful recommendations on how to approach the problem as well as sharing insight on why cheap fixes wouldn't work. While quoting work, he thoroughly explained options and pricing. He also level set my expectations well and we scheduled a follow up furnace install. A separate crew from him was dispatched to me the next week. The crew respected my home and took appropriate precautions to not damage my hard wood floors while working. They completed the work within the quoted window, thoroughly reviewed with me the work they did, operation of my new thermostat and furnace and cleaned up after their work. Upon inspecting their work, it appeared to thorough (refitting pipes with new piping, replacing rusted parts, etc). This service did improve the quality of my ac performance (higher tonnage blower on furnace for better circulation). I had similar work done a year before by another company who gave me the run around and provided 0 communication to me, this was a light and day difference. I would use their services again. They even fixed my dryer ventilation for me for free, which was very nice of them. It was minor 2 minute thing, but the willingness to do a quick thing for me helped show show me I wouldn't be nickle/dimed and that they would put some care into their work.
Daniel arrived on time and was professional while he tuned up and checked on our A/C system. He explained the pressures that he was reading and what the numbers represented. Highly recommend!

I appreciate Daniel R for providing us all of our options with the issue we had with our AC. He was very informative and told us exactly what was going on with with the unit. Harmonic technicians are always on time. I have used Harmonic for the past 6 years and would highly recommend.
